Outstanding Customer Service from Start to Finish – Highly Recommend Howdens!

I just wanted to share my experience with Howdens throughout the entire process of purchasing my new kitchen.

From start to finish, the level of care, attention and customer service has been exceptional. The team have been incredibly helpful, supportive and genuinely invested in making sure everything was just right. Any little issues or concerns along the way have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently, with nothing ever seeming too much trouble.

A special mention must go to Hajja, the manager, who is truly exceptional and an absolute credit to Howdens. Her dedication, professionalism and genuine care for her customers really stand out.

I would also like to thank Todd, who has been fantastic throughout. Both have gone above and beyond what I would normally expect in terms of customer care, and that has meant a great deal to me.

It's rare these days to come across such a high level of personal service, where you really feel valued as a customer.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Howdens to anyone. I would certainly use them again without a second thought.

A huge thank you to Hajja, Todd and the team for making the whole experience such a positive one!

Very good engagement and help through the planning and procurement processes, continuing into the delivery and after-sales care stages. Great product, and Ben G offered a flexible and creative response to some customisation we'd proposed.

Definitely the right choice to go with Howdens High Wycombe! Especially with the expert guidance of Ben G. Who helped with measuring, design and practical suggestions. All we had to do really was to decide which style of kitchen and Colour.
We chose Chilcomb in Porcelain.

This is the first time I've fitted a Howdens kitchen, the quality is much better than previous kitchen units I purchased from another well known supplier, also the units are supplied fully assembled which is a bonus.
