Howdens - Fulham Anmeldelser 

Brought our kitchen from Howdens Fulham a couple months ago Charlie was our designer, he’s was so helpful with talking us through the process and getting everything right. The whole team in general was really welcoming and made our experience really pleasant. We would highly recommend them!

Jade Hodder of Howdens Fulham has designed several kitchens for us over the years. She always make time to help, guide us and our clients to produce wonderful designs that meet all of our requirements. She is consious of costs always and makes suggestions based upon whether it is a cost cost effective upgrade of a kitchen or total luxury high end design! The Howdens range of Kitchen designs are spectacular. Jade is available to carry out site surveys quickly and the Howdens Fulham branch have an amazing selection of work tops to choose from. We are always grateful and have a host of clients who will sing her praise! Thank you

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I went into Howdens in Fulham knowing that I needed a new kitchen, but had no idea what I wanted! Was luckily met by a lovely young man called Terry, who went through all of my options with no hard sell and I’ve ended up with the kitchen of my dreams at a very reasonable price. Thank you Terry

Really efficient, well organised and smooth running branch of Howdens especially with their limited space, orders are there ready to collect with no waiting around, helpful and responsive staff.

Luke has been a great help and we now have a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price. Any issues or queries we had were dealt with straight away and efficiently. I would definitely use them again and already recommend to friends.

absolute trash this store has no respect for their customers at all, my kitchen was measured incorrectly. Then after waiting for the delivery it wasn’t on time as promised and it was again incorrect - the measurements were all wrong ( kitchen panels, doors,). This Fulham branch just don’t care at all so much for always putting the customers first, they haven’t a clue and they don’t care. I was so stressed after making numerous phone calls and being passed around. My kitchen eventually got fitted after 5 weeks for which i was so sick physically and mentally how draining was this this whole process. I would just like to say whoever said this branch is fab is absolutely delusional it’s a joke.So basically i would like to express take my word for it Do Not Use This Branch i had a horrible experience.😫

Id go to another branch or company; but definitely avoid Howdens and read other reviews too. Their good designer left to work elsewhere and they now have ex delivery drivers taking measurements and designing kitchens. Unfortunately this led to wrong measurements for my kitchen and it didn’t fit together. This also delayed my kitchen by 4 weeks which when you’re working with a builders schedule is a nightmare!

Constantly have to chase for the correct items to be sent, and when they say they’ll deliver them - they never do and end up “not having it written down”. This wasn’t an easy experience and cost me delays and more money! They can’t even do the simples of measurements. 100% do a DIY kitchen quote too and take it elsewhere and price match as this is not worth it! We had 2 damaged deliveries too….

Terry and Charlie had to be the worst, not sure if Terry really hates his job but if he does then maybe he should try applying elsewhere instead of being rude, unprofessional and miserable! Lost a customer but I doubt they care :D

George and his colleagues always do a great job. Thank you for a number of fantastic projects carried out over the years. I'm not exaggerating, they are great, Fulham is a professional team, I have been ordering kitchens and wardrobes there for years - thank you

I had a very disappointing experience after being recommended a kitchen fitter by Howdens, who turned out to be completely untrustworthy. After speaking to the fitter, he assured me that he could handle a full house renovation. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of giving him all the money upfront for the agreed contract. He then failed to show up and left me with an incomplete and poorly executed project.

Here's what I experienced:

Rubbish and Safety Hazards: He left renovation debris all over the property, including scattered window glass in the garden, which posed a serious safety risk. I had to pay out of pocket to have this rubbish removed.

Unfinished Work: The project was nowhere near completion. For example, the wooden floors were left unfinished, with some areas presenting safety hazards. Despite agreeing to sand the walls, this was not done, making it impossible for us to proceed with painting.

Toilet Installation Issues: He installed a toilet but left it without an extractor fan, and the light switch was outdated. He also failed to build a cupboard around the boiler, leaving it exposed, which looks unprofessional and is potentially unsafe. I now have to pay someone else to fix these issues.

Unprofessional Conduct and Delays: The project was delayed by four weeks, and despite repeated promises, he kept asking for more money without delivering the work. In the end, nothing was completed as agreed, and I was left with a mess to deal with.

I am writing this review to urge Howdens to thoroughly vet the contractors they recommend. My experience has been a nightmare, and I would caution others not to trust or engage in any upfront payments without careful consideration.

Luke and the team made every effort to ensure the kitchen installation went smoothly and without incident.

They were helpful with the design and adapted to a few last minute changes to ensure it all went smoothly and everyone was delighted with the outcome.

Howdens policy - Any unwanted items can be returned if unopened for a full refund.

I returned 26 items on 28th May. Howdens tallied and notified our items and decided not to refund a penny. We’ve called several times and each time, a rep has said “someone will be in contact”

Howdens sold us
- Double the amount of kitchen cupboards
- Bin that doesn’t work
- Fridge without handles
- Kitchen without a work top (we asked for all inclusive)
- Cooker a separate extractor fan that doesn’t match the kitchen design or fit.

All the above was unopened and returned

My guess is Christmas has come early for the Howdens sales associates. They’ll resell those products for 100% profit

I got a dream Kitchen! colour and style amazing! And the attendant Roks was so kind and friendly, and the fitting was perfect.I will recommend Howden’s Kitchens to every one who wants to renew or buy a kitchen .

The Howdens Fulham branch do everything they can to be helpful - Jade in particular is fast, friendly and professional.

I highly recommend them and will continue using them as our supplier of choice

Genuinely enthusiastic and helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is no pressure to spend at the top end - more a case of finding a product to suit the client’s budget. All round good value and pleasurable experience.

Fitted 2 Showroom kitchens for the Fulham Branch. Was an absolute pleasure to work with the Manager there Luke and his team. There designs was spot on and they couldn’t do enough for us while we was on site. From start to finish the communication was excellent from Luke and his team and as always really enjoyed fitting the quality made Howden’s kitchens. Will definitely hope there is more opportunities to work with Luke and his team in the future.
