The staff were vary knowledgeable on the items I needed, although they were not in stock the had the items available for collection the next morning.

Customer service
The initial sales meeting was very dismissive with poor customer service.
I went to the Chesterfield branch on a friend’s recommendation and had a much better experience.
I was shown the product range and offered alternatives. This swayed me to reconsider buying from Howdens but I was asked to give Dronfield another chance
The manager contacted me for a meeting where he provided the appropriate customer service and support resulting in my full kitchen purchase and opening an account for future purchases.

Great customer service at this branch
Was served immediately on my arrival. Short waiting time for my products and an extremely friendly manner from all the members of staff at this branch. Will definitely be using Howdens - Dronfield again 👍🏻

So someone came out on the 22nd October…
So someone came out on the 22nd October to help design a bedroom and have had no communication since iv messaged a couple of times regarding the design but had no response at all and now we have missed out on the sale which has now finished!!!!!! Very disappointed with the service.

Avoid Howdens if you can
Where to start? Lamona products..read the reviews. They sell you a dream and deliver a nightmare. When choosing worktops please check how many joins there will be.. impossible to keep that silicone join clean. Please avoid if you don't want the tears

Dronfield Depot, Take A Bow!!
I had several items delivered a few weeks ago for a kitchen upgrade. The delivery was prompt and without issue.
When the joiner came to complete the upgrade yesterday, two items were slightly damaged, through no fault of the depot.
Ash and Trav worked tirelessly through the day and with Janet’s help from the Chesterfield Haaland depot, Howdens replaced the items and my joiner was able to complete the job there and then, same day, without issue.
Unfortunately in this day and age, substandard customer service has become the norm in this country, with big companies opting to use call centres from lands far and wide.
Dronfield depot have yet again exceeded expectations and shown how customer service should be done.
If only the so called big name companies would take a leaf out of Howdens model, things would run a lot smoother.
The kitchen is now complete and looks incredible. It couldn’t have been done without the team at Dronfield 🫶🏼

100% happy!
From the first consultation our designer, Jack, understood what we had in mind for our new kitchen. He incorporated our ideas into the finished design, but also gave valuable input with some extra features. We weren’t rushed and he made sure that we were 100% happy with our choices before we went ahead and ordered. Nothing was too much trouble and site visits were made if advice was needed during fitting. All staff we had contact with were helpful, professional and courteous.The finished kitchen is everything we asked for and more.. thank you!

Exceeded expectations
I recently ordered a new kitchen and appliances from your Dronfield branch after arranging a design appointment with Jack Warwick.
From the very beginning I was impressed with Jack’s professionalism and empathy. The design he created is exactly what I was looking for. This is the first project I have undertaken on my own and Jack gave me the confidence to undertake it, nothing was too much trouble for him and I would highly recommend both Jack and Howden’s kitchen.

Absolutely delighted with my Howdens…
Absolutely delighted with my Howdens kitchen. All the staff that I came into contact with from the designer Jack, to the counter staff, the warehouse staff and the delivery men, they were all friendly and helpful. Plenty of constructive advice given at the design stage in a very professional, friendly and helpful manner. I felt very confident with the decisions that were made and I haven’t been disappointed. Many thanks to everyone concerned at Howdens Dronfield branch.
