Gas hob with lpg kit
As always brilliant service. Walk into the showroom to morning how can I help this morning. Need a gas hob with lpg conversion kit. Yes no problem we have plenty of stock choose the one you would like. Where else can you be in and out in less than 5 minutes with the product you want at a fantastic price, with the knowledge you can return it without question if there’s a problem. Same with all products wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Multiple items missing on the delivery…
Multiple items missing on the delivery of my kitchen, including units. Also some items sent were wrong like standard hinges were received while I had paid for soft close.
3 weeks later the missing parts are still not with me despite ongoing communication.
I had the kitchen fitters booked for a week after delivery, so I currently have a half-fitted kitchen and will have to pay for the fitters to come back to complete the job.

Absolutely Outstanding!.
This depot must breed excellence!. I don’t usually bother with reviews but after recently purchasing my kitchen from them the standard of service from beginning to end has been absolutely first class. Kyle who has since left for pastures new, Jodie, Trevor all absolutely first class genuinely nice people who care about their work and also their customers. Even the new manager(Rich I think!) who has only just taken over has been great. Odd little niggle like any new kitchen but everything taken care of whenever needed and without delay. Everyone I have dealt with has gone the extra mile to help put together my new kitchen. Very happy would definitely recommend the Dinnington depot to family and friends. Many thanks.

I work with Howdens periodically…
I work with Howdens periodically through the year on both commercial and residential projects. The product is great, they have improved on the ranges and my rep Trevor and his team in house at Dinning are so helpful and friendly. It's always feels like we're pulling in the same direction - to get a project over the line.

Kitchen Design and Fit
Great service and good understanding of requirements whilst fitting underway.
Only consideration I would suggest where possible is that when 1 person measures and discusses the design with the customer they see it through and draw it up , so there are no communication issues and saves more reworking.
Individual Fitters / Builders May wish to consider sitting in on customer design meeting in showroom so everyone is clear and happy with all elements - this way communication between all parties is the strongest it can be 👍

Howdens Hack
I’ve recently completed a ‘hack’ using kitchen units to make up a sideboard / cupboards in my study.
Great service from Ryan at Howdens Dinnington, helping with the design and visualisation (particularly as what I wanted wasn’t standard).
Slight issue with the wrong colour doors being delivered, but resolved immediately. Often I find it’s how a business responds when something doesn’t go quite right and Ryan/Howdens we’re great.

The staff there are really helpful…
The staff there are really helpful which always helps when you at suppliers. Have a wide range of doors on offer with next day delivery.
Only downside to Howdens is there cost there so expensive compared to many others unless they have there rooster or trade day deals on.
