i went to the store in Nottingham, and the service was amazing. staff are really kind and are happy to have a chat with you (kpop related) while paying/packing your items, they take good care of the item aswell, i had Kate today and she’s honestly amazing, i will always recommend this store when it comes to buying kpop items

I ordered a Katseye pc from here! It’s just arrived and it came packaged securely and arrived quickly. It also had a note with who packed it! Thank you Kate for packing and for the song recommendation it’s also one of my favourite song as well!

I went to the KPOP Korner in Nottingham and ordered from the site.
I’m not sure the name of the person I spoke to inside, but she was lovely and really helpful with checking stock of the Hyunjin this and that & Ver.
The person who packed my order I think was Kate from Nottingham it was packed with great care, and I’m really thankful as I got a signed version of the MEOVV album I ordered!
Will deffo be using Kpop Korner again!!!

I went to the Euston shop for its photoism and that one had the best lighting for the artists’ frames, even better lighting than some that I took in Japan and Korea. And the staff Alesandra, Elisabel(?) were really nice and helpful too (sorry if I spelt it wrong)

Amazing service, really friendly interactions with my cashier Becca! Come here quite often and spent over £100 here in one visit, would recommend, quality is very good (Very satisfied)

I loved it there. There's a lot of space, albums and merchandise there. I think everyone will find something for themselves. The staff is very nice 🥹 Becca answered every question, having a smile on her face all the time, even though i came there like 5 minutes before they were closing? All in all, I'll definitely come back!

Have been to kpop korner before and Ali has always been a wonderful staff member and she always been cheerful and helpful.

Me and my partner visit the Nottingham shop frequently, and we’ve started coming to the Birmingham shop now that it’s open! We see Becka in both a lot, she’s the absolute nicest & friendliest person!! Very helpful, super friendly, just the best!!

I went to the K-pop Korner in Birmingham by myself and I met the staff her name was Becca she own the K-pop Korner in Birmingham, UK she was nice and friendly. I had lovely day today going inside the shop, wandering and looking around.

What surprised me was a three figurine of my favourite boyband it was BTS! I took a picture of my bias Jungkook, then V and then RM. I’m biggest and huge fan of BTS I am ARMY fan totally love their album and their music, I listen to BTS songs everyday on my Spotify playlist

100% recommendation! Hopefully next week I will come back to buy more of BTS album and merch. I’m happy I got a free freesbies of BTS J-hope solo album ~ Jack in the Box

Well done to staff lady Becca she worked so hard of selling all the K-pop idol celebrities album, solo album, photos, lightstick, merch and everything. She is the owner of the K-pop Korner in Birmingham I’m proud of Becca she is amazing staff

I did bought a BTS 5th album Arirang their lastest album. Arirang is amazing song I danced to it with my new ARMY bomb lightstick. I wish there was more of BT21 plush and keyring

I bought online a relatively difficult to find Ateez album at a very?reasonable price and it was dispatched quickly and with great care.
They have now opened up a shop in Leeds which is a great alternative to HMV.

Very friendly staff. They were helpful, chatty and overall welcoming. Managed to get 4 albums I couldn't find in other stores.

Nice worker, really nice atmosphere, peak albums, really cool photobooth, woman at the counter was easy to talk to and was very sweet and patient
