Hot Toner never disappoint, their products are always great quality and very good value. They are dispatched really quickly, are well packaged and always arrive in perfect condition. The website is very easy to navigate, the ordering process is super simple and it's just a happy experience all round!!

Usually I spend a lot of time online looking for good prices. Every 2 to 3 years I run out of toner, and when I do I just order from Hot Toner, without bothering to see if I can get a better price.
I get Xerox 'compatible' cartridges and never have any problem with them. Plus the price is good.
Honestly, I just go to their web site and order.
The only problem is that they ship with Australia Post so sometimes it takes a while to get the cartridges so order before you run out.

Excellent service. After having issues with on line purchase, I phoned and was connected straight away, so very rare these days! Purchase of my toners made easy as my details were able to be retrieved. All done within a few minutes.

I have been buying ink cartridges from Hot Toner for many years. The greatest value is that it is so easy to order and the fact that delivery is amazingly quick to me here in Victoria. But a couple of days ago I ordered with a 15% discount coupon but the discount wasn't registered. I emailed Hot Toner and Gareth got back to me almost immediately and after a couple of clarifying emails, he had granted me the discount and changed my invoice. He also showed me how to register thte discount. I didn't refresh the site after applying the discount! That is exceptional customer service in my experience. Highly recommend Hot Toner. I have been using this company for some time now probably about 4 or 5 orders over several years. I find that delivery has always been prompt, considering the order comes from Sydney to an outer suburb of Melbourne, and the manner of ordering on line is so simple.
