Over many years I have been enthusiastic about dealing with Hot Toner. I use compatible ink cartridges and they never miss a beat. They are generous with the number of discount offers. I am not a big user of ink cartridges but buy extra cartridges at each discount offer. The only problem I had recently is that I use PayPal as my payment vehicle, which means I don't get a window to apply the discount CODE. A quick phone call to the Sydney number gets an immediate refund of the discount. Why go somewhere else?

We ordered a printer cartridge from HotToner and found the print quality extremely poor — faint output from the start, clearly not comparable to an original Brother cartridge. Despite multiple emails and troubleshooting, the issue was never resolved. The supplier cited a 6-month warranty limit and offered a replacement only with a new purchase, which felt dismissive given the product’s shelf life and performance. Their final response lacked accountability or genuine concern. We won’t be ordering from them again and would advise others to consider more reliable suppliers.

Ordered 4.30pm and order arrived next day at 2pm to a town 3.5 hours from the coast.... Products are of good quality and packed well.

I've been a satisfied Hot Toner customer for a few years and have always been happy with their "Compatable Cannon Print cartridges" which are way better priced than Cannon originals and do a great job.
I recently had a minor issue with a cartrige and their Representative Gareth looked after me very well told me what to do and there is a replacement cartridge on its way.
I highly recommend Hot Toner for their products and customer focus.

Very easy well-laid out website, great response and very prompt delivery as always.

Prompt delivery of the toner. Ordered late afternoon and delivered the next day. No delivery charge and competitive pricing.
The only thing that I could fault is the communication. I had to email and ask when the toner would be delivered. A link was then forwarded to me with a tracking number. Would have been good to get an email with tracking number once it was shipped.

Had a small problem with a cartridge . i rang them , they said send them back with sample print . Next replacement sent in 3 days .You dont get that service from many companies now days, no wonder i keep coming back to them

Ordered two black cartridges yesterday and they arrived in Hobart mid morning from NSW. A letter would have taken a week so don't know how they did this but it was exceptional. The price for the ink was very competitive as well and they came packed nice and securely.

The inks have finally arrived. I find the product is good but the delivery terrible.
I purchased the inks as there was a Western Australian phone number listed, so I thought the inks would come from within WA. After placing the order I emailed to ask where the inks were coming from and was told Sydney.
It has taken a week to arrive and I never received a tracking number.
I ordered an item from China and received that quicker.
While I understand it is out of your hands once it leaves your warehouse maybe look at someone other than Australia Post for deliveries

I have been using Hot Toner for years and they have never failed me. The website is laid out well for me and easy to find what I need.

I have bought printer cartridges from HotToner for a number of years. I have found their prices very competitive, their delivery very fast and I get what I ordered - no mistakes.

Hot Toner are the best. Best prices, Best service and any small problem you may have is sorted professionally and courteously. Why would you go anywhere else? I have been dealing with them for years and will contiue to do so.
