Estoy haciendo pruebas desde Windows 10 y ParrotOS, de momento muy fluido, configurable, aparentemente todo ok, también veo que hay donde mirar si necesito ayuda.

O HopToDesk fica tentando conectar à rede do HopToDesk e não conecta nunca, impossibilitando de usar o programa pois não consigo conectar nunca e não tem em lugar nenhum como arrumar esse problema.

It works very well with Windows 11 ... One negative, however, transferring files from one computer to another is difficult. It can be done, but other Remote Computer Software works better.

I use it because all 8 of the computers I use it with are in my home and I can use a USB Flash Drive to move files from one computer to another ... a small problem as the 8 computers are in 3 separate rooms, but the short walk takes just a few seconds.

Simple and reliable...and free.

I havn't used HopToDesk for more than a couple of months, but so far it has worked great. The most common usage for me is helping my father with computer issues. My father is quite old and computer management is ofter complicated for him, but even he was able to install HopToDesk and start it. Thats a really good indication of how simple it works.

Earlier I always used TeamViewer which worked fine but with the few occasion I need it, it's not worth the money. TeamViewer still thought that I used it to much to be free. I use it 1-2 times a month.

Since AnyDesk just got HACKED, I had to find an alternative. Found HopToDesk and could NOT be happier! Seems to offer all the functionality of the others, with no cost. It is fast as blazes and the display options are exactly what I was looking for. setting up unattended access couldn't be easier, so now I could uninstall AnyDesk from my PCs.

What I don't understand is "how they can do this without charging money?" I understand there will be a premium paid version later, but they say this one will remain free forever.

Remember LogMeIn and TeamViewer and so forth all STARTED out with it being free, then started charging, then started inflating those charges to a ridiculous level. How do we know these guys won't? I can't find much information about THE COMPANY anywhere. Sure would like to know some details!

Works very well with Windows 10, Just two small improvements to make, impossible to pass a file or image, does not work with an active VPN !

Perfect ! Running very well compares to anydesk or teamviewer that are now every month payment only, and this one is FREE !

Hello, I'm looking to get control of a Mac OS. When first connecting, the person checked “no” to screen recording. Since then, it has been impossible to see the screen. We uninstalled and restarted the mac without success.
Unable to use this program. Damage

Tried connecting a PC and a laptop. They can ping each other but some other aspect of the connection is being blocked. Pity, because HTP looks to be exactly what I need.

Hello, my experience with hoptodesk is very positive, not like other remote assistance apps that everyone knows the name, it goes very smooth and secure in the login and it has never disconnected me, I mean never, besides having all the functionalities that I need, 0 lag. Totally recommendable. My congratulations.

Great app..although it looks like a fork of another similar app, it wrks better..suprisingly low latency for a remote desktop kind of app...Although, one feature that was consistently not working for me was : file transfer.. Hope it gets fixed soon

Solid graphics and remote control

BY FAR the best remote desktop program. It's free, it's easy to use (similar to the famous ones), it has a great application on mobile, and it's open source. In my opinion, it's too good to be true. They only thing I would improve is the file transfer, so that user can drag and drop files from computer to computer (and maybe improve the handling of a remote mobile device, although that might depend on each device). Awesome program. Let's hope they don't make it expensive to use 😜
