I contacted Jordan when I received the company letter stating they were now providing fuel as our previous place had been sold. When I checked on our last auto delivery with the old company, I saw it had been over three months. I called Hopkins immediately and Jordan was great. She scheduled us for the next day and by lunchtime the tank was full! Thank you for prompt service and getting us on auto delivery with Hopkins.

If your machine broke down and it heavily effects your business these people do not care. Customer service is absolutely horrible, even the way they talk with you on the phone is unacceptable. They will charge you crazy amounts of money for call out charges and wont even keep you updated with what's going on, when the engineer will come down. I really don't like relying on this company as it is so crazy expensive for maintenance and service and yet still very poor customer service.

Hopkins RGM Leeds great company,.. we brought a new range from them using it in our shop - NEW HIGH EFFICIENCY FRYING RANGE & BUILT IN TRIPLE FILTRATION, good quality, definately worth the money , We really love this new range, it's kind of helping us to reinvent the way of frying. Being placed a large order with hopkins over 20,000 GBP, hopefully when anything goes wrong, always have someone to talk, but I am wrong. Being issued wrong must pay bill by "their supplier" for over 1k, they have same story ,come in and said yes it is their faluty, will cover but turned back with a fause document or whatever ask us to pay, and not fair at all, been placed orders with other company each time anything goes wrong always been on site to correct it.
Just give you a sample you can under how awful the customer from this company, We bought a Sharp microwave over 600 pounds and under 3 years guarantee, the control button not working so the whole unit cant work, reported, engineer come and said the button needs to be changed, and should be working, and we double confirm the him everything is covered and will come back in 3 days when he had parts, after his left, comes with a false paper work and copy our signature said the microwave door damaged by us and that caused the problem, and it is out of guarantee, which is not fair at all, the door not damage only have a black burnt point and never effect its working, as this happened half year ago, and we always can use microwave normal until we can't turn on the button to show minutes, the Sharp company together with Hopkins issue us a bill over 600 pounds which we could buy a one and left some money!
And threaten us if we don't pay they won't come back, of course we are not accept that, and comes with another 130 pounds bill which INCLUDING 20 POUNDS THEIR ADMIN FEE, lol. and force us to pay again, we pay Hopkins to buy so many equipments and none of them been repaired or serviced well during past over 1 year, and really a shame to choose this kind of company and if you want a easy and smooth life stay away from them please.
We spent over 20k learnt this lesson, I don't want anyone to pay the same tuition for the horrible experience again!

bought a coffee machine on their proffessional site for professional use,it is totally useless for professional use, they would not allow return as it had been used and as i was using it in a restaurant? the coffee is never warm enough despite cup warming etc, very very often it doesnt grind enough coffee and is very very weak, etc, the lady told me what did i expect for only a few hundred pounds? i was needing replacement of few professional appliances but wouldnt touch them again after their customer care or lack of it

Good quality part, but feel there could be a choice on delivery. expensive for such a small item
