When I first enquired about ordering hoodies I explained that I had had a bad experience with a company last year who messed up the order and sizing, and the replacements were worse than the originals. In contrast I have found Hoodie World to have been professional, helpful and the experience has been made simple for me. Communication was frequent, the proofs were exactly what we needed and they arrived in very good time. The hoodies are great quality and our staff and kids love them. So, thank you for your hep and excellent service. We will be coming back next year!

Have used many times for our university surf team merchandise, and have never had a problem! Everything is easy from asking for the design and to finding out when the delivery will turn up (which is always earlier than expected). Highly recommend and have asked our merchandise officer for next year to continue using them!

Quality of the hoodies is brilliant! The team has been great in dealing with our requests.

Hoodies are excellent quality and the staff were very supportive in helping me to place a large order. Thanks again.

Excellent quality hoodies for a football team travelling to a tournament. Customer care impeccable and very prompt throughout the process. Couldn't recommend any higher!!

The guys at hoodyworld did a stellar job of giving us options on hoodies. Always responded to any questions we had straight away, delivered within a tight window. Great final product..
Will be back for more... !

Greta company to work with and the communication was very easy. Our order went through without any issues and the quality of the product was excellent.
The students were thrilled with what they got, further adding to the great trip.
Would be very keen to work with them again next year.

We would like to say a massive thank you to you and your staff for your excellent customer service throughout this process.
The hoodies are fantastic, thank you! We look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

We received our hoodies last week, everyone is super happy with them, and we all look forward to wearing them in a few weeks' time. Thank you for being so co-operative with us!

This is my second time using Hoodyworld for ski trip hoodies, they really are a fantastic company with high quality products. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering personalising hoodies for any sort of trip. I will be using them again for a stag do in March and look forward to working with them again.

I can't recommend Hoodyworld highly enough!

I received friendly, informative and excellent service via email and I was always especially impressed at the response time - enquiries were answered clearly and quickly.

The hoodies themselves (we went for the College Hoodies) are of fantastic quality and are exactly what we wanted. Personalisation is clear, neat, professional looking and easy to detail on the order form. One thing I was especially pleased with was the likeness of the fabric colours in real life to that on screen.

The staff and students who got hoodies are all thrilled with them, HUGE thanks to Hoodyworld.

The team at Hoodyworld are absolutely fantastic. I always place my hoody order with them for all my group trips. The latest one was a real last minute rush and they were 100% positive and helpful - meeting a VERY tight deadline to get the hoodies delivered before our trip.
The hoodies are snuggly warm, beautiful quality material, gorgeous vibrant colour and a fantastic unique design!
Working on the design with Will was brilliant - he easily grasped what I wanted and managed to deliver exactly what I imagined.
All this brilliant service and top quality products for a very reasonable price too!
I cannot recommend this company more highly!

An absolute first class service....they were easy to contact at all times either via email or telephone. Extremely helpful and went above and beyond any company we've used previously. Can't recommend them enough...utterly superior and efficient service!!!!!!

Jeff at Hoodyworld was brilliant and really helpful. The children loved their tour hoodies and didn't take them off the whole weekend! The ordering process was simple and based on what I had asked I was given a couple of design options to choose from. I don't think I will need to go anywhere else now for my tour kit and I would highly recommend the company to anyone else.

Hoodies ordered for school trip. Staff at Hoodyworld were easy to contact by telephone and extremely helpful and efficient. The whole process went very smoothly and we are delighted with the end result. The hoodies arrived within only 5 days of placing the order and we are looking forward to showing them off in Paris.

Jeff and his team listened carefully to exactly what we wanted for our lacrosse team sweatshirts and created a perfect design for us, making sure our logo fitted in well on the jumper. The sweatshirts are great quality, they are so comfy but aren't too bulky so are ideal for team training. I can't wait to order more for the club.
Thank you so much.

Excellent ... service, people and product.
Extremely helpful from start to finish, fast service and quality hoodies
