I am on year 3 of homeschool and this is not the first program I have tried to keep track of and record progress and grades. This website is a game changer! It has made keeping track of our homeschool year so much easier. Once I got everything set up it saved me time and helped me be less overwhelmed. A great tool for homeschool families of multiple kids.

I've used Homeschool Tracker for a full decade!! After testing out a few options, this was the solution that provided the most flexibility and detail. Being able to add multiple assignments with progressive chapter, lab and exam numbers at one fell swoop was wonderful. Very easy to adjust dates, add grades, and pull a report card. We used the report cards to get "good student" discounts on our son's auto insurance. Customer service with these folks is great too. I've had a rare question and these are always answered by a named individual in about a day. I've lost track of how many homeschool parents I've recommended this tracker to. Best news for all of you just starting - there has been a slick recent upgrade.

Homeschool Tracker has been a lifesaver for our family! To be able to write lesson plans, schedule (and reschedule), and keep records all in one place has cut down my planning time tremendously. The ease of scheduling their lessons, chores, and activities all in one place and printing it out for a visual checklist for each of them has allowed us to stay organized and on top of things during our week. I don't have to hunt them down to ask what they've accomplished each day. I look at their daily task list and know what's done and what is left for the day/week. It keeps us all accountable. I'm so grateful that I found Homeschool Tracker during our homeschooling journey, I highly recommend it!!

My family has been using Homeschool Tracker for many, many years. Before finding this site, I was paying a lot of money to other sites that did not meet what I needed as far as 1) easy entry of classes, grades, etc., 2) ease of use by our children, 3) accurate reports, and 4) automatic record keeping of things like time spent on lessons, attendance, etc.

After I found Homeschool Tracker and tested it out, I have not looked anywhere else. We are now starting our children's 12th grade year and Homeschool Tracker has been the key to navigating all of the record keeping and lessons that any homeschool requires in an easy, effective way.

The response time for help on any issue that has ever come up with understanding how to go about doing something within the program has been quick and they worked with me on their end, looking at what I was trying to accomplish, then helped me to fix my errors.

Our family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS this for ANY homeschool family! It is extremely affordable, easy to use, and will make your homeschool journey have a lot less headaches.

I have been using Homeschool Tracker to manage my homeschool for 21 years. I love being able to make lesson plans for the year and assign them to students as needed. I can then reuse that lesson plan in the future with another student. I create weekly assignment sheets for each student, which helps them be more independent with school. It's easy to enter and calculate grades, and I can put in my own weighted guidelines on a course by course basis if desired. Homeschool Tracker is a fantastic product. It helps support my planning and grading workflow and makes the recordkeeping part of homeschool easy. In addition, their team provides excellent support. They always respond to email promptly, usually the same day. When asked about my favorite products for homeschooling, Homeschool Tracker tops the list, especially for homeschooling multiple children.

I loved using homeschool tracker for my homeschooling journey. The record keeping and especially the transcript maker was a lifesaver for college applications. I started using them when we first began homeschooling in kindergarten and even one year past the last graduation to make sure I had the transcripts available for the first year of college. Homeschool Tracker was an integral part of our homeschool journey. The ability to create lesson plans made tracking assignments throughout the year so easy, but the real blessing came at the end of the year. A few clicks, and all the reports I needed for my year-end evaluation were done! Homeschool Tracker kept me organized in my homeschooling for over a decade. A definite "must have".

As look back over the last 25 years of homeschooling, our curriculum changed, we moved many times with the military, and added students frequently. One thing that I couldn't have done without was HST. It helped me plan the entire school year during the summer and then print a task list weekly for each student. School planning during the year was on autopilot. School didn't depend on whether I had the time to plan or "felt like it". It was ready to print out each week. Anyone could have picked up the folder in my absence and known exactly what each of my children needed to accomplish that day, what pages needed to be read aloud, or which projects to begin. We could make a cross-country move and be back in swing of school as soon as we located the right box. If we had a sick day, it was easy to reassign that lesson for the next week. HST kept us on track through so many busy seasons. I wish I had so great a tool to organize the rest of my life! haha HST made school a snap. It's bittersweet to be done with it.
