Excellent service
Excellent service. Huge choice of products in the shop. Sales assistant was very helpful in choosing the right mattress. We were kept informed on the progress of the order and delivery. 24 hrs before delivery, we were given a 2-hr delivery slot.
The delivery guys, Jim and Nick, were very friendly and helpful. They took extreme care navigating the mattress upstairs.
All in all it has been a very good experience and I highly recommend Homeplus Furniture.

Communication was sketchy, delivery drivers unhelpful
Communication was sketchy! Delivery considering the cost & the fact all products showed as "in stock" was slow. Delivery drivers were not the most helpful - telling my disabled wife they were going to leave the furniture in the garden when we live in a bungalow modified [ wide doors] with all round disabled access [ no steps etc], it was less effort to place the products inside. It wasn't until she told them it would be further to leave it in the garden than carry it less than 10 meters from the van to the bedroom ! On the plus side the furniture is a reasonable quality and well packaged.

The furniture is good quality and it arrived when I was told it would. Some of the items were out of stock when I ordered them and they phoned to see if I wanted the in-stock items delivered immediately or wait for the whole order to be delivered at the same time. The staff I spoke to were very helpful.

Just built a Marlborough gas lift…
Just built a Marlborough gas lift storage bed from Homeplus furniture. Fantastic quality and over the moon with it. I needed some help with a few things so I rang customer services in Sheerness. I spoke to Vicky who was extremely helpful and patient with my questions and got everything sorted for me. Great service and fantastic customer service from Vicky at Homeplus furniture. Many thanks. What made my experience great was the customer service I experienced at the Maidstone shop who were very helpful and had great recommendations for what I required.I wasn't felt rushed in making decisions.
A big Thank You also to Nick and Jacob who delivered the furniture, they was very helpful in such hot weather, they helped me to unpack a large sideboard and dining table and set them up. Nick and Jacob also gave some good tips with checking the furniture after a couple of weeks.
