I don’t really know how to write this without it sounding judgmental, but I’m going to try. They expect you to engage in the practice of urine consumption, both your own and from others. When people hesitated and didn’t go along with it, they made us out to be the problem.
I’m not trying to be dramatic or pass judgment here. I just wish I had known how serious they take this and how questioning it would result in dismissiveness and ridicule.

ET le service clientèle NE donne pas suite a nos demandes de metre fin a cela !!!

Hosting a retreat at Holos was an exceptional experience. The venue is clearly built with facilitators and participants in mind—from well-designed gathering spaces to the natural flow of the land. The Holos team was attentive, professional, and deeply present throughout the entire process. My participants felt safe, inspired, and transformed. This is now my preferred retreat destination.

Holos beautifully blends comfort, elegance, and nature. The accommodations are thoughtfully designed, offering both luxury and simplicity without disturbing the natural surroundings. Every meal felt intentional and nourishing, supporting both body and mind. What truly stood out was the calm, balanced energy of the place and the kindness of the staff. It’s rare to find a space that feels this aligned on every level.

I traveled to Holos for what was advertised as a profound iboga immersion, hosted inpartnership with facilitators from Awaken Your Soul. The jungle location feels magical at first,but the reality is terrifying. They work with illegal substances—iboga/ibogaine isn't approvedfor these retreats here, authorities have warned about the risks, yet it's pushed as "sacredmedicine" with little to no proper medical supervision. No doctors on site for emergencies, noreal screening for heart issues or contraindications.Think hard before booking anything here

Holos Costa Rica offered me an experience that is truly hard to put into words. From the first day, I felt completely supported—emotionally, energetically, and physically. The land itself feels alive, and the way the retreat center is designed shows deep respect for nature. The team creates a space where healing, reflection, and authentic connection happen naturally. I arrived feeling disconnected and left feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.

When truth bends this often… it’s hard to call it a safe place to invest. Oohh, the promises sounded big, my friends… but the greatest form of a promise is truth. The grand visions kept coming, yet most don’t come to life. What I saw instead was money flowing more into curating a lifestyle than into building anything lasting. The stories kept shifting, the way the people came and went kept mirroring the instability.
It might sound inspiring but if it can’t be trusts, it won’t build anything lasting.
I know my truth, and looking back I’d say… don’t put your resources there.

As a retreat facilitator, l've worked with venues all over world, and Holos is now at the top of my list. The infrastructure is built for transformation-from the sacred ceremony spaces to the flow of the land itself. The Holos team madeplanning seamless and held a level of professionalism and heart thar's hard to find. My group had an unforgettable experience, and the feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. I'm already booking our next retreat!

Holos Costa Rica was nothing short of life-changing. From the moment I arrived, I felt held in a space of deep care, intentionality, and beauty. I left feeling more myself than l have in years.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to book a stay at Holos Global.

Our reservation for the Oasis suite was split in two parts because the owner's girlfriend, Isabelle Gold and her friend needed to stay there for a few days. When it was time for us to return, Isabelle told me we couldn't come back because we had left "negative energy" that she could "taste and feel," and it needed a lot of "energetic clearing."

To make things worse, Isabelle had posted about us on her Instagram stories on March 12. Her post was embarrassing and unprofessional. She wrote:

“Big decisions. I had a lot to work through after walking in after renting Oasis out to people I don’t know. It took me days to energetically balance out the space again. Yes. I feel and see it all. My body said no. Renters were supposed to come back today but we found them another spot.”

This was the last straw. I would never recommend Holos Global to anyone. Their website claims to build deeper connections and community, but they treated us terribly and mortified us online.
