Our whole family loves Hoffman Academy! The ability to go at our own pace, with a schedule that changes weekly, is absolutely wonderful. And Mr. Hoffman always makes learning fun!

I paid for Premium Access. There was no change. I went circles logging out and back in, trying to select my student so he could access the premium features. Nothing worked. So, I couldn't help but be angry that I paid for what is supposed to be instant access, and I have no access. Not only that, but that want me to wait a day to get any customer support? Possibly 3 days if they deem it "complicated". I finally just canceled the subscription and am doing a stop payment. This is unacceptable. When you don't get what you paid for, it becomes a scam. I would be wary of this company, and wary of entering any payment information.

Mr. Hoffman is a wonderful teacher. His videos are awesome and he explains music theory like no other. I call him my rocket scientist. Oh! By the way, I’m 66 and I highly recommend this program and Mr. Hoffman for adults and children.

The lessons are great source for learning piano also for adults. Are there any plans for the next batch of lessons. Looking forward to continue learning with your team.

I was very happy with the lessons and my children liked them... But be aware that if you purchase the material, you are better to download it all and save it all because it won't be anymore in your account after some time (my phone broke, so I lost the material that I downloaded). It was written in my account that I could have an unlimited access to my material (music sheets, audio songs, etc.), but without a warning, I see that I have nothing anymore. When I contacted the company, they tell me to buy it a second time.

The best piano lessons ever! Kids can learn by themselves, that's really great!

I must say that this is one of the most interesting and effective music education systems I have ever seen. I am seeing great results with my children, who are not only progressing but also having a good time. It's perhaps a bit expensive, but in general it is worth its price!

Great piano program. Convoluted customer service. Transitioning from a yearly subscription to lifetime cumbersome & required getting refunded from being over charged and having my access turned off and on again.

We did a trial run about 2 years ago. This morning I saw they fraudulently billed my account for $180. I don't trust them. Now I have to wait for Chase to mail my replacement debit card and then set up all my payments all over again.

The tutorials are informative and easy-to-follow along. The tutor takes a great deal of time to convey the lessons and I love the passion and dedication he has. I've progressed a lot following the tutorials. Although the lessons may seem like they're intended towards kids, they'e great for adults alike.

We have three grandchildren who are learning to play piano with Hoffman. Based on how motivated they are to practice they seem to really like the method. The times when I have contacted customer service I have received prompt help.

It was good with Hoffman academy, we are just looking enrol during thanksgiving time for lifetime membership ( so there will offers best deal )

I am a retired nurse and have always since a child wanted to play piano. I’m so thankful for these lessons from Mr. Hoffman. I desire to play gospel music and am hopeful that I will soon.

My son started this course on 2019 and after a year we purchased the premium membership. It fits so well with us since the lessons are very easy to follow and my son could go on his own pace and not hurry the whole lesson. The integration of music theory is also great as it eliminates additional music subject for our homeschooling. Deep appreciation for being a part of the Hoffman Academy!

This site is easy to use and lots of fun. Learning with Hoffman Academy has made learning the piano fun for my daughter. She looks forward to the lessons and love the puppets at the end. She enjoys practice and challenges herself to play along with the music.
Overall, we love Hoffman Academy, thank you for being a part of our homeschool day.
