Staff are friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I sometimes go in to try a CD by an artist/band I don't know anything about - I always get good advice/recommendations from the staff. LONG LIVE THE CD AND LONG LIVE HMV!

5 star service as always from HMV Worthing staff. I ordered various vinyl and cds this time that were due for release and the help, assistance and time taken to ensure all details were correct was excellent!

The Sound of the Colourfield
I knew the product was being released but did not know its name the staff were very helpful in finding this out and placing the order for me.
I had it delivered to store and received a message to say that it had arrived and was ready for collecting, which I did later the same day.
Great service and communication from all the staff involved.

Easy return
I was waiting for something for Christmas and this came exactly when stated. I had to return an item and the assistant could not have been more helpful in sorting this out.
The admin email and refund were dealt with promptly.
