Visited HMV Winchester, the assistant couldn’t have been more helpful, and ordered a CD for me which came 2 days later with only £2 postage.Overall very satisfied.

Efficient online ordering and prompt delivery service.
The online ordering system is easy to use and the delivery to the local HMV shop was very prompt and was notified to me via e-mail. The CD purchased was already in stock and was very reasonable priced.

Great service. Great product.
The server in the store was amazingly friendly and helpful - she investigated our product request and found it for us and sorted out delivery. It arrived shortly afterwards to our home address as promised. Brilliant.

The lady in the Southampton store…
The lady in the Southampton store sorted out my order to be delivered at the Winchester store. She was extremely helpful. Thereafter, you get me well informed about the progress of the order via emails. When I arrived at the Winchester store it was ready and waiting for me. Again a very polite and helpful lady there. Everything was so smooth. Thank you.

Not informed of order ready to collect.
Unfortunately I was not sent a ready to collect message until I had written to customer service and asked is my order ready. A day after customer service advised it was ready I had an email telling me it's ready. This was over a week after I received the dispatched email. Not sure what happened. As this is unlike Winchester stores customer service. This may be an online order issue.
