My second home
I go to HMV so much it’s like my second home! One of the workers Jas is so sweet and helpful! Best customer service ever. I’m always going back! Nothing but positive feedback for the staff!

Excellent Service.
Went in the shop on Saturday morning and placed an order for a DVD. Received notification throughout the process. Received notification that the DVD was in the store ready for picking up on the Tuesday.
Called in and picked up the DVD on Wednesday.

Online order collection
The assistant, Jas, was excellent and very friendly. Great to talk to and when I gave my details she said she knew where exactly my order was as she had dealt with it previously. I waited only a few minutes for the parcel.

I ordered Mika's latest cd Hyperlove prior to seeing him at the AO Arena in Manchester. HMV had the cd in stock for cnc. I've deducted a point for the length of time from order to pick up date, which was 6 days.

Great album sold at an excellent price.
I ordered a vinyl album instore at the Wigan branch and it was ready to collect within the timescale indicated. The price was very competitive and the album is in excellent condition.
