MY HMV PURCHASE
Very Good Service From Your HMV Uxbridge Branch. I ordered a Status Quo Live at Hammersmith 1979 Double CD about a month ago wich was being released on 24th April . They informed me 2 days beforhand that it was despatched and again when it arrived and i picked it up on that day of Release. Excellent Service. I use HMV at Uxbridge a lot and they are Great in there and i reccomend them to my Music Buddies . 🎸👍

Whitney - Can I Be Me dvd
I ordered a dvd and within a week it was ready to collect . Very efficient and literally took seconds to find and pas it over to me at the counter. I've never had a bad experience in HMV and it's one of my fave shops !!

Used click and collect for the new BTS Arirang album. The process was straightforward and the album was ready for collection within the expected timeframe. Staff were helpful when I arrived, and the CD was in great condition. A solid, dependable service for grabbing new K-pop releases without the shipping wait. Would use it again.

I had to order an item as it wasn't available in store and the cashier who served me, did so promptly and efficiently. It was so easy. He was really lovely, I didn't get his name.

Extra postage for online orders
Ordering and collection good, but found that item had been posted to the store for the same postage cost as would have been added if it had been ordered for posting to home. If HMV can send an item (a DVD) to one of their stores post inclusive, why add extra postage for sending the same item direct to the customer's home?

Excellent service and easy to order
So easy to order the DAB Radio in store, James was really helpful and didn’t rush me at all, I was left to look through all the alternatives that they had to offer, which was a vast range, the price was reasonable too and I had the choice of delivery to my house or to my local store which was Uxbridge in this case, overall the service received was excellent.
