Great experience
Always have great service and all the people are really helpful and friendly. I usually go into store, but either way it’s good to be able to get what I want either way. My order was delivered to the store, and on time, which is great. Will use again.

Staff member was really knowledgable…
Staff member was really knowledgable and very good at supporting an autistic lad who was after a specific title. The DVD arrived as stated and was waiting for us when we arrived. Great efficient service, especially as I was supporting a client who had additional needs.

Pre ordered item not available on release date
Pre ordered item was not available on release date. They had copies on the shelf but would not let me have a copy and replace it when my order arrived.

Please note that our click & collect service is fulfilled via our warehouse as per our website listings. We are not able to fulfil these orders from in store stock, unfortunately.
We always aim for online orders to arrive in time for release but are unable to guarantee this but will always try to ensure our customers are kept up to date wherever possible.
A professional service
The record was easily ordered online and was delivered to the shop on the correct date. The whole experience was good.

Your store in Redditch didn’t have the cd I wanted in stock but as soon as I asked an assistant he went online straight away & found what I was looking for which I ordered and was very surprised & pleased it arrived a few days later.

Always at HMV Redditch
Always at HMV Redditch all the staff help me to locate a cd or dvd in the store. If not they locate what a want from the Computer - Both the guys and the girls are friendly and light hearted and expert at their jobs - This is a great store and visit very often up to 3 times a week

Absolutely fabulous , great choice if cds. Found the one I wanted, bargain price as found a lot selling double the amount, friendly staff a Redditch shop.collected and now in car ,playing full blast , thank you very much.
