Great experience in Milton Keynes store
I had a great experience visiting the Milton Keynes store today. Lot's of products to browse, plenty of friendly staff around to help me find what I'm looking for and the prices are reasonable too. I came away with two great vinyl soundtracks today.

Using 'Chat'
I was hoping to speak to someone but as that was unavailable I decided, without much hope, to try the 'Chat' facility - it was brilliant. Before picking up my order we 'chatted' twice, both times someone answered immediately and on both occasions very helpful. Impressed, I was!

It was delivered in the time frame…
It was delivered in the time frame given’ to the shop for click and collect.
The product was faulty so I have sent back via the instructions given and that was not to hard to do, now I’m just waiting to see what happens next as I didn’t speak with anyone I don’t know if I’ll get what I ordered but this time working properly or a refund?

All 3 of my CD cases were damaged. One of them falls apart and the others are cracked.

Best service ever
The staff were helpful from the moment, I entered the store and started shopping right up to the service at the tills.
I spent a lot in there on this visit and would be willing to go back there and shop more. The store has a excellent range of items and more.

Went to the store in MK to collect my…
Went to the store in MK to collect my two records (click and collect)
I was given what I thought was the records, drove home and only one with there.
Had to drive all the way back and pay for parking again.
Asked if they had my other record as only one was in the packaging, the guy went somewhere and came back about 5 mins later and passed me the record, didn't say sorry or anything... Then he just turned around as if I wasn't there.

I wanted a particular piece of classical music.
I wanted a particular piece of classical music. The classical section in Milton Keynes is small (tiny). The young man looked up the name I gave him, found the disc (Ma Vlast by Smetana) checked the playlist. Got it. Then said they could post it to me for £2. Yes please. One very happy old lady.
