Caoimhe is autistic and any time we go to hmv which is a lot the staff are always so good and patient with her I wish more shops had staff like that

Very helpful and friendly assistance. Ordered 2 items instore and both were available for collection the next day. Excellent customer service. Long may HMV remain a presence on the High Street.

I got what I wanted. Only available in one format so the price was high, not the fault of HMV, more the record company and artist.
Staff did their job competently, gave me the information required, hey presto, job done. Happy customer.

1975 CD
The young man in HMV Maidstone was very helpful and ordered 1975 CD for me which has arrived in good condition which I am very pleased
I place the order in the shop on the 14th December and received it of the 19th December 2024 which l think was very good

Nightmare before Christmas glass
Online order was straightforward, tracking information was good and click and collect was also easy and I was served by friendly, polite staff.
I’m very pleased with the ‘nightmare before Christmas’ glass, it’s very good quality and good value.
