My visit to HMV was 'in store' and the product I wanted was not in stock. But when I aquired at the sales counter assistant Wayne W said he could order it for me. So he did and it arrived within 6 days. This is what I like about actually visiting a HMV store in person, the customer Service they provide is impeccable. Ron G

Cds we ordered not arrived
Meet and greet with d10 was fantastic but unfortunately our CDs that where purchased didnt arrive in store and we are still waiting for them to be posted.
We received an email the day before to say they wouldn't be ready for collection!

Amazing staff who are very knowledgeable about the films I like. Very friendly and always say hi John when I enter the store. Plus they'll tell me if something comes in that they think I'll like. Always an enjoyable experience.

The service was really really great, when the shipment was delayed for the limited edition vinyl, the staff were incredibly helpful and recognised and spotted me later when I came back and ask if I wanted to reserve it which was incredibly kind and helpful
