Lochlan was a life saver!
I had an amazing experience at HMV Braehead thanks to a staff member called Lochlan. I was desperately trying to find a Jeff Buckley vinyl as a last-minute gift for my partner, but the team let me know it wouldn’t be back in stock for a few days due to its popularity. Since I was heading back to London the next day, I thought I’d missed my chance.
But then Lochlan went above and beyond, he actually had the vinyl reserved for himself and so kindly offered it to me instead. Such genuine kindness and absolutely fantastic customer service. He was an absolute lifesaver, and I really hope he gets his copy as soon as it comes back in stock because he truly deserves it!
