Absolutely superb service today in the…
Absolutely superb service today in the Glasgow store from Mark. I was only in the shop for a minute when he approached me to ask if I needed help with anything and offered me a seat (I’m on crutches at the minute) I was looking for a particular Playstation game but he knew immediately it wasn’t in stock and not available to order in time for Christmas. However while he was telling me this he went onto his phone and quick as a flash checked the availability of the game in the Argos around the corner. He showed me on his phone that it was available and how much it was and actually went as far as reserving it for me in case it sold out by the time I got there. Absolutely exceptional service. Putting a customers satisfaction ahead of sales for their own shop, at Christmas no less, is fantastic to see in this day and age.

Only part order received for click and…
Only part order received for click and collect Other items seem to have gone missing . I ordered on 24/11/24 I thought in plenty time for Christmas and still not resolved I’ve visited the store twice and sent several emails to customer service with all details only to be eventually sent a form to complete about items “lost in post “
Don’t know if this is a HMV issue or Royal Mail but I won’t be doing click and collect again
