Staff are friendly and helpful
Staff are friendly and helpful, even offering to remove the postage packaging which I refused as I wanted the tiny thrill of opening it myself. The product arrived at Fopp within the week of me placing the order from HMV.

Ordered from Fopp, delivered to shop
Album sleeve was creased at one corner, didn’t see it until I removed cellophane or I would have returned it, vinyl itself wasn’t damaged.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, very knowledgable about the music and DVDs.
They were also fast and efficient.
