A reliable and easy to use service.
The website is easy to use and there was good communication throughout the process. Regular progress updates via e-mail and item ready for collection within a few days. No problems when collecting from the store and the item was well packaged. This isn't the first time I've ordered from HMV online and it is very likely I will do so again.

Hello HMV I purchased the latest vinyl …
Hello HMV I purchased the latest vinyl from Steven Wilson and it jumped on first couple of tracks, I returned product back to store which took me an hour and re ordered to be sent via post. Received in post as promised only to find same problem. Another hour driving. Got a full refund and told to try and get vinyl in a couple of months. Not happy as Xmas present.

Products are a rip off, staff product knowledge is appalling and talk to customers like crap, avoid where you can.

Item didnt take to long to get delivered and the item was in good condition and thats the most important part of being a good delivery the condition of the item. So very pleased with my order and delivery.
