We returned a dvd boxset with a missing disc outside the return window. due to the missing disc being in season 11. The staff ordered a new one and checked it before we left.

Came right on time. Excellent service especially a gig in Coventry with the Libertines CD. Gig was excellent. HMV Empire venue is superb!

Email tickets never sent, had to phone up and was told ‘sort it out on the night with the initial order email’ from HMV ONLINE (not the Venue!) …. Poor service.

We can see that the tickets have been successfully sent out to you through the hmv tickets app, however in this instance we advised in our phone conversation that you bring your order confirmation email which should have granted you access at the event.
