Recently purchased Project Hail Mary 4k from HMV in Colchester. Got home but on closer inspection the packaging was damaged. Took it back to the store and instantly replaced. Would like to thank Elliot for his knowledgeable and friendly service. Have found all the staff at the Colchester store very helpful in assisting me with all my purchases. Greatly appreciated.

The order went well
The order went well, the service was great, I was told that I would be notified when the order was dispatched and delivered and I was able to collect the package just a week later with no problems at all.

Impressive DVD & music selection
There is always an impressive selection of DVDs & music in store and the staff (I refer to the Colchester branch) are always very pleasant, helpful and super-friendly. In a nutshell, there's no other place I would go on a Monday morning to check out the new DVD releases.
