Although the store did not have the DVD required, the assistant in the store was very helpful in purchasing it on line in the store and having it posted to me.

I had a really good experience with shopping at HMV the staff was really friendly and made my shopping experience really good, I willl defiantly shop there again and recommend someone to the store

I live in.Cheshire i was in a shop in Cardiff they were very helpful didn't have the L,p in shop so they ordered it from their distributor and all sorted out with in 3 days posted to me in Cheshire the staff was really helpful and polite

Myself and my daughter attended the meet at greet yesterday queued for over 2 hours which was expected but then once they let people in the shop it was a free for all and the staff did not ensure that people went in, in the positions they have queued in for hours which was unfair

HMV had what I was looking for, and the postage was fast, they were very helpful.
