Illusive Sweet Illusions
Ordering a CD to the store was easy and it was there two days later but I was still annoyed I couldn't just find it there in a massive shop and had to make a second trip especially as a release within the past year - no doubt because it didn't top any big charts so the aisles are still full of endless Queen compilations and Taylor Swift crap. But otherwise all good..

Branigan Vinyl came in to my Collection in mint condition
The Vinyl came quick to the store for me to collect and it was packaged well and even better seeing Laura Branigan’s Debut album that’s Limited Edition in my hands it’s the best feeling, it could’ve been great if more of Laura’s albums been added to the store but it’s a great place with nice employees

Staff are always helpful and friendly when I go there , had not received text /email for a DVD I'd ordered so had been returned , so they reordered it for me , checked they had corrected details . Its the first time this has happened,

Ordered a DVD to the store - Helpful staff. Easy
Planned to by DVD boxets, couldnt find it, then i asked a lady for assistance, she was nice and happy and quick to help, one was entirely out of stock, the 2nd I ended up ordering it to the store, because they didnt have them. paid.
Returned to the store, a week and a half later (I like that they hold it for 2 weeks) to pick up my DVD, the instructions were clear (plus the lady told me, where to go and what to bring). Showed my receipt, and ID. Typed in email address, to recieve the pick up confirmation. And done.
Easy.

Came before Xmas only waited 4 days
Ordering your lps ,came before Xmas brill service ,made my daughter very happy as on kidney dyalasis for past 2 years on waiting for donor ,so getting these lps made her very happy thank you

Easy ordering & great customer service
Easy to order, great updates and lovely service when I collected in store.The record player is excellent value for money and very easy to assemble.

Helpful member of staff
The vinyl I wanted to buy showed as in stock online but when the staff member checked he couldn’t find it in the stock room. He was very helpful and said I could order it and have it delivered for free. I didn’t get his name unfortunately but he was very helpful and friendly.
