After mistakenly ordering one record in the 3 for £66 online incorrectly the Bournemouth HMV staff were able to swap out the record for one they had in stock without having to return the whole order.... Vis mer

When I go to HMV all the staff are very friendly and helpful. If I need anything I only need to ask.

Very good actually. The product I wanted wasn’t in store, however the sales assistant spent time finding it and arranged for it to be delivered.
The store isn’t massive and so I wouldn’t expect it to stock my niche preferences. But it’s obvious things can be ordered and delivered safely in a few days.
