Worse customer experience i have had.
Pre-orded game 2 weeks in advance.
Went on day to collect.
Was told couldn't have game as email wasn't sent to say collect.
Asked did they have game was told yes but wouldn't give to me as no email sent.
Advised that was ridiculous as email they would be sending was just to ask me to come and collect.
Woman sales advisor went to speak to manager.
Manager came down - referred to me as 'mate' and asked me why i was shouting at his staff - i asked who said i was shouting - advised it was woman advisor - asked advisor why was she lying as i never shouted at her - she retracted the shouting and said i wasn't shouting but being 'short' with her. I asked why then did she lie and say i was shouting - she then began crying! Manager then berated me for upsetting his staff! A random customer spoke up on my behalf and said staff were acting ridiculous. Manager held my game i had paid for in his hand and said he couldn't give it me as no email had been sent. Again i said this this is ridiculous as the email they were going to send was just to ask me to come and collect! Manager relented and gave me the game. I left the shop telling the woman sales clerk she should be ashamed of herself for lying to her manager about customers. Overall a horrible experience and over something so stupid as an email.

Good service in Belfast
Unfortunately didn’t get the guys name. But it was busy, Valentine’s Day, loads of people in. He acknowledged me straight away waiting for my collection and I was out within 2 minutes. The staff are always friendly and I love HMV for this reason.

Hi Mark,
Sorry to hear about the delay with a return of your uncollected Click & Collect order. Our stores usually keep hold of these for 14 days to give our customers a chance to pop in and then they send them back if they haven't been collected within that timeframe. On this occasion, it looks like the store kept hold of that a little longer than ususal but we can see that they've now returned it for you and as soon as that arrives in the warehouse, we'll process the return and issue you with a refund asap.

Great Service at HMV
Great products at reasonable prices. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and eager to help. The very fact that HMV is one of the few media retailers on the uk high street makes the brand even more special. Great service every time I’m in store. Excellent.

Absolutely fantastic service every-time I visit belfast the staff are always so pleasant and helpful, especially the manager gavin! Gavin was able to help me via email with a query I had . He was absolutely fantastic and so accommodating.

Staff where very helpful and understanding ,as I have learning disabilities and (my mum is writing this for me ) they gave me and my mum time to explain the issue and where very pleasant
