Buying an album from HMV
Staff were very helpful in arranging my order, and subsequently updating me on its progress whenever I stopped by the store. When I finally got the album today the assistant was very efficient and friendly.

The shop in Basildon Essex is where I was helped be a lovely member of staff, she helped me order a present, and also helped me look in store for another item, I felt I was taking a lot of her time, however she said it's fine, she was happy to help. I enjoyed the face to face experience.

Absolutely first class, the staff could not be more helpful, they offered help without being asked, as far as I'm concerned five stars wasn't enough, the best shopping experience.
