For about a year now I have been enjoying temporary fruit ink tattoos from several online companies.
I was impressed with the Facebook ads that Hitatto created to sell their tattoos.
I placed an order bigger than I wanted to so I could get the free shipping.
And I was happy to purchase insurance that would insure that I received the tattoos free of damage.
I anxiously waited for the shipment to arrive in my locked/secure mailbox.
After my mail lady put my mail in my box and drove away I retrieved my mail and no tattoos but at that point I wasn't concerned expecting them eventually.
Then three hours later I got an alert on my phone saying my tattoos had been delivered to my mailbox.
Thinking the USPS had returned again to deliver the tattoos.
Excited I rushed to my mailbox but found nothing their?
I checked the front porch of our home and found nothing.
I reviewed the security footage from the front porch to see if someone had taken a package but USPS had not been on my porch.
After a few hours of franticly looking for a package and not finding one I sent an email to customer service but got no response so l continued sending emails until I got an automated response saying my emails would not be seen for several weeks because the whole company takes several weeks off at that time of year so they could celebrate a holiday with their friends and family?
I was never clear what holiday they were talking about?
Eventually I did get a response from them and I explained that I had not received my tattoos and they said they would see what happened but they didn't get back to me and I kept trying to get a hold of them again but no one seemed to even understand that I had reported the problem already and I had to start again.
Eventually I filed a claim with that insurance they had sold me but because of that notification I had received on my phone saying ( my tattoos were delivered in my mailbox.)
The insurance didn't cover anything!
But then I did the unthinkable and placed a second smaller order skipping the insurance this time and requested to pay an additional fee for registered mail OR even having our local post office holds it and hand it to me at the post office.
The company said my package was ready for shipping but weeks went by and they didn't ship my second order?
I had already given up on ever seeing the first order I had made and focused on getting the second smaller order but eventually I filed a dispute with PayPal and withy credit card company.
They didn't seem to respond to them either but eventually I received a notification that my package was about to be delivered but it was a carrier I had never heard of so I waited and eventually the tattoos did drive and were put in my mailbox without me signing or going to the post office.
I contacted my bank and told them to drop their investigation as I had my tattoos!
These are some of the most expensive temporary tattoos that I had purchased but I was certain that I was paying for a quality tattoos.
I applied a full sleeve to my right arm and as I expected it was nearly invisible for a couple of days but it darkened nicely on the third day.
I like the artwork and I've gotten several compliments for how it looks.
My friends and coworkers have been inspecting my new tattoos since I started doing them and have been impressed how they felt and acted like real tattoos.
This new sleeve feels like I have thick paint in my arm that won't dry?
It feels sticky and tacky still on day five.
It feels like a temporary tattoo that could be removed with baby oil but after what I went through to get it I'm going to see if it fades away like it should.
I know fruit ink tattoos have a shelf life and I wonder if in retaliation they have sent old stock but can only guess what is making this sleave feel like sticky wet paint on my arm?
This has been a completely frustrating experience trying to communicate with this company and I can't believe how much time and energy I devoted to chasing my two shipments.
In the future I will continue to buy from the other companies that I have had no problems with.
But Hitatto never never never again!

I tatuaggi sono fantastici e sembrano veri, però quando si fa l'ordine bisogna assicurarsi di aver ordinato un tatuaggio semipermanente, perché se no con rischi di comprare quelli permanenti che durano molto meno e si vede che sono finti

Not good. They promised a gift for a goods rewies and 5 stars, but never send the gift.

So our email conversation went like this sorry to be a pain but I have used 2 of your full sleeve tattoos and 1 of them has developed lovely the other has barely shown up 3 days later still very faint...OK Glen not to worry give us a 5 star review and we will send you some more out, so I did give them a great review and then they went silent no response afterwards and no replacements as promised
