You can reach us by email 24/7 and we will always reply very promptly.
We also have a voicemail system in place if you do not wish to stay on hold until a representative is available by phone. All voicemails are returned promptly, in the order in which they are received.
I do see that we already called you back this afternoon (before you wrote this review) and sent you the return form with instructions on how to return the item.
