Very misleading I will never buy from…
Very misleading I will never buy from this store again, on the description it says cable or bulb replacement, it isn’t clear which one you receive, also they aren’t sure of which bulb wattage you receive... you just have to wait for the delivery..😒🧐🤔.the manager of the store is also rude and abrupt with her response in replying to customers. I don’t know what kind of customer service that is..

Svar fra Himalayan Salt Store
In regards to the "misleading" comment, the product title states "cable OR bulb", description states "Please note, this is for replacement cables OR bulbs". You selected the dropdown menu option "Replacement Bulb X 3". The description also states "15W Pygmy Appliance Bulb" - This couldn't be clearer as to what you receive.
I am sorry you feel the customer service was rude and abrupt, you didn't express this in any of your emails, you seemed happy enough with the responses. We responded to each email promptly in the same day. We also did let you know what wattage the bulb was when asked, so "you just have to wait for the delivery." is a false statement.
This is the second time I’ve used…Good service.

Very happy
Very happy. Arrived on time. Packaged well. Products labelled with all info of contents. Great value for money compared to branded salts in supermarkets etc. Love the fact each bag states if it’s food grade too.

Magnesium flakes

Himalayan Salt is perfect
Himalayan Salt is perfect. I make spa soap bars with it but have tasted it and its great. The delivery is adequate, not too quick but not too slow either. I am very happy and have re ordered.
