Hilltop Honey Anmeldelser

the transaction was good, delivery as advised, product was well packed.
The jar data was informative.
Pleased, thank you

What can I say great service the delivery was perfect and as for the honey absolutely wonderful. Keep it up you now have a customer for life.

I had a problem with My Order and didn't receive a reply for several days. As you can expect I was disappointed. Then I received an email stating, sorry for delay, we have been checking with the Post Office. Product was replaced some additional free of charge honey. What excellent service. I sincerely apologise for being so hasty at first. Excellent Service 😊

I’m addicted to the salty sweet honey from Hilltop and had been struggling to find it in supermarkets - so was thrilled to see I could purchase online.

It arrives quickly and well packaged. I’m so glad I can continue to support this company.

Thanks so much.

Received the wrong product and got absolutely no response to emails about it

Bought the energy gel for when I go running and it is absolutely fantastic. Genuinely get a good 20 minutes of what feels like a boost, it’s all natural too. Would highly recommend for any runners/hikers who want to have a natural energy boost whilst exercising.

The honeycomb is lovely!!

Super Fast Delivery,great Customer service.
Wonderful product.

Good honey, a nice treat on pancakes 🥞

A great product, tasty, easy to digest and all natural

Good value for money and a taste to die for brilliant quality

I’ve been bulk buying Hilltop Honey Beeswax Lip Balm for many years. It came in a lovely chunky cardboard push up tube and the contents amounted to 6.25g.
HOWEVER …… I opened the first of my latest batch from Amazon yesterday to be met with a thin (recyclable) cheap looking twist up plastic tube, with a weight declaration on it of just 4.5g!
SHRINKFLATION or what?
I emailed the company and was told that they had had supplier issues regarding the cardboard tube. (Surely more than one cardboard tube manufacturer exists in this country?)
When I replied asking why the Shrinkflation, I was, you guessed it, completely ignored.
Once my current supply has been used, sadly I will be seeking an alternative.
Treating customers like fools doesn’t sit well with me.
I also see there seems to be an absence of any response to customers who have left negative reviews.
I rest my case …….

Found a honey chilli jam to die for . Thanks HTH !!!

First time trying Hilltop cut comb and was not impressed.I usually buy from Apidae but since they are out of honeycomb right now i thought i would try Hilltop. It does not compare at all to Apidae so i wont buy it again.

I bought Hilltop honeycomb and it was lined with wax which when it hardened on my spoon and cup was vey very hard plastic to wash off. What on earth is this doing to our insides???
I would have given this 0 stars but not able to. Do not recommend

I had been looking for actual honeycomb for some time. Supermarkets and shops don't sell it and even honey sellers at craft fairs don't either. I did an internet enquiry and found that Hilltop Honey sold it together with a wide range of honey products. I ordered some immediately and it arrived within 48 hours and was very well-packaged. The honey(comb) is delicious and I will be placing another order as soon as this one is finished. I am very pleased to have found Hilltop Honey and am now looking at other honey-based products in its product range.

Quality product, prompt delivery.
