Myself and my family have purchased three new cars from Hills and i would without hesitation recommend them to anyone.

Hills Ford, the car dealership chain behind a road rally that blocks roads to homes and businesses and damages the environment A marketing exercise that harms my life and closes my business to my customers is never going to sell me one of your cars. I can't run my B&B or get to my farm. Nobody compensates me for the loss, but did I campaign against the 2024 rally? No. And when I needed to get to my livestock in a vetinary emergency and was subjected to threats, harassment and abuse by the rally marshals. Did I object to the 2025 rally? No, even though it threatened to close my business a second time. Then a member of Cheltenham Motor Club who takes part in the rally asked for accommodation that weekend and I explained to him that we were closed because his rally prevents anyone getting to or from our B&B. He goes whining to his senile co-driver Russell Joseph of Ross on Wye. He's embittered because Cheltenham Motor Club failed to meet the road safety requirements of Hereford Council and had to cancel the 2025 rally. So Russell Joseph posts a personal and misogynistic attack on me and my business in a stinking review on Google, even though NEITHER OF THEM HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IT! So now I DO object, to Hills Ford, to Cheltenham Motor Club and the rally. Comically, FORD THEMSELVES are currently running a Channel 4 campaign AGAINST ONLINE BULLYING! The hypocrisy and stupidity of the lot of them is on full display!

I called in to Hills today as my car key battery was low . Joe was very helpful and also responded to my query on getting in to car when key is not working, He showed excellent interpersonal and communication skills . I must say a very good sales executive.

I bought a ford edge last october i also bought 2 autoguard warrantys . I was told that the warranty would cover things like the transmission and that because it paid up to 75 pounds labour i could take it to ford . I didn't know about the wet belt , i got it changed just in case 1200 pounts. In june it went wrong and Haynes ford said it was the AWD and changed the actuator motor the warranty paid 700 ofthe 1100 pounds. Fords labour costs were 168 pounds an hour. The car was still not right , i took it to a transmission specialist in gravesend , gravesend auto, they rebuilt the gearbox , 4600 pounds ,the autogaurd paid 1200 pounds of it. Two days after that the engine light came on and i took it back . Its the water pumps. Its in the garage now at Maidstone autos ,the Autoguard warranty is covering the cost of 600 pounds. I bought the car out of my redundancy money and the last of it is being used to put it right.I don't like complaining , but the car they took from me for exchange had given me no trouble over the four years we had it. When we were signing the paperwork the sailsman said to a young assistant , go and tell the manager ,we have sold the edge.

I recently went to Hills Ford in Malvern where Megan helped me with a problem I had with my Fiesta. Her customer service was excellent. She was very approachable and understanding and displayed detailed product knowledge. What an asset to that establishment she is. I would definitely use Hills Ford Malvern again.

Absolutely appalling. Could make a start with some good old fashioned honesty, consideration and respect for customers, instead of an attitude that is arrogant, defensive, condescending, patronising and stinks of misogyny, male chauvinism ....

Second car purchased from Hills Ford Kidderminster. Staff can’t do enough to help, new car collected within a week easy exchange, honest professional advice. Thank you Scott and Andy, will be back when it’s time for an update and sending friends and family your way.

Just had my tyre sensors replaced at hills Kidderminster today phoned them yesterday had car In today ready for lunchtime great service very knowledgeable customer service and very friendly honest staff. Would recommend to anyone after my experience. I have already booked my next service in for August. Keep up the good work Hills Many thanks Mr Williams

What can I say!!! I purchased my mustang Mac e off Mr Upton the sales guy last year the service I received was fantastic off mr Upton, and today it was booked in for a Mot Service & a recall.

WOW the service I received from them was FANTASTIC!!! I was called to say my car was ready I collected my car and they had cleaned the car WOW I’m a clean freak and like it looking good there top Valeter is fantastic he’s definitely knows is stuff..

Excellent service as usual from, Kris Mooney. He almost feels like family now as this is our third time purchasing a car from Hills Ford . Recently purchased a Ford Ranger. Luke was very helpful but without being pushy. On handover we didnt feel rushed and Luke answered any questions we had. Glad he was the salesman I got when I first went in tio the dealership

We sent our Ford Focus to Hills Ford Malvern on the 8th October last to rectify a fault in the Park Pilot system. Later that day they called to say they had been unable to rectify the fault as it was probably due to a broken wire somewhere in the vehicle and would require a "bottomless pit of money"to trace the fault and charged me £144 for this "service". Not happy with this opinion, and the rather brusque attitude of the receptionist I employed the services of an independent vehicle electrician who attended at our home address. Within 10 minutes, he diagnosed the fault lay with the ambient temperature sender located in the passenger door mirror. At this point I should mention that the mirror was recently replaced after the car had been struck by a passing van. It seems that the replacement mirror was lacking this sensor. After replacing the mirror all the systems worked perfectly and the whole operation did not cost a "bottomless pit of money" nor was there a broken wire somewhere as had been quoted. Surely, Hills Ford should have been able to diagnose this problem which a competent electrician sorted out in minutes.

My Wife Mother-in-law and I came to look for a new car we received amazing customer service. RICHARD was so helpful and his wife was absolutely brill8ant we were really made welcome to find the car sarah needed and we also got given coffee and cake. Thanks guts

Sorted out problem on car very quickly really good sevice.

Where do I start. Going around other showrooms looking for my perfect vehicle was exhausting. Then I went to Hillsford in Malvern where I was greeted and offered a cuppa straight away. The customer service and information provided to me was 110 percent. It was not about just selling a car they were asking questions of what i'm looking for, making sure I was comfortable in the vehicle and making sure I was happy.
So due to the customer service I received from the sales team, I purchased my dream vehicle.
