Ho ordinato due ombretti a maggio... Siamo a metà dicembre e ancora non ho ricevuto nulla, nemmeno una risposta alle varie e-mail che ho inviato... Poi vedendo le altre recensioni, capisco che non è un problema solo mio!

If I could leave no stars I would. I placed my order 01/13/2023, (almost a whole year ago, todays date is 12/10/2023), and I have yet to receive my products. I’ve sent so many emails, Dm’d their social accounts, left comments on their pages, and still nothing. The tracking link for my products comes up as “Page Not Found” if I click on it, and overall it’s just a terrible experience. I contacted my bank today to dispute it since nobody had gotten back to me. Very disappointing because the products look nice, and I was very excited. Do NOT order!!! They need to be taken down! It’s all a Scam!

Esto es un timo . Hice una compra de dos sombras de ojos. Me llegó un mail de confirmación y nunca más me llegó nada . Ni el producto, ni ningún mail , ni siquiera una respuesta, ya que envié varios mails y nunca me contestaron. Les escribí por Instagram y no reciben mensajes por qué está bloqueado. Escribí en las publicaciones contando lo que me sucedía y tampoco te contestan . Vamos que no compréis nada por mucho brillo que ceguen tus ojos ... Son unos timadores . Y ya viendo los comentarios aquí , me ha quedado claro .

This company set up an online contest that I actually won. When I tried to claim the reward (eyeshadow), they simply said “no” and blocked me.

Pure scum of the earth. ordered almost 2 weeks ago, never recieved a confirmation email. Tried to get in contact with them via instagram, fb and email with no response. Wont let me comment on insta anymore, Once i started making comments on fb they finally decided to reply back. but they just gave me lies saying they sent an email and that my order has been shipped. LIES! NEVER RECIEVED ANY EMAIL AND I EVEN CHECKED THE JUNK FOLDER. They insist they sent an email and even had 'proof'. they just claim i commented out of 'pure hate' but i told them i was happy to delete my comments once i was provided proof that my order had been sent! Mind you once i had asked for the said proof they NEVER REPLIED AFTER THAT! WILL BE CONTACTING VISA AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE, DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. Trash company, trash people. hope karma gets them

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They are a big scam, DONT BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order on October 6th 2023, I sent them over 20 emails and didn’t once get a reply. They have also now deleted my account and think they will get away with it. Not a chance. My bank is on the case and I’m contacting ActionFraud by the Police to report fraud. They claim they are UK base but I suspect they are a foreign company. They never send out order, look at all these reviews. I should have known this would happen as I didn’t check Trustpilot in advance to see all the terrible reviews. I’m hoping my bank refunds me and that will be a giant middle finger to the scammers. Please… Do not buy from them. Never, ever, ever. This has affected my mental health, it’s caused me so much stress. I’ve had 2 family members pass away in recent months, so when someone takes advantage like this it ruins your confidence in online shopping. It’s an awful thing to go through close to Christmas. So… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BE A VICTIM OF THIS CLEAR SCAM.

I ordered back in January 2023, never got my order so I inquired in May 2023 and they said to give them my order # so I did, never heard back and it’s currently Nov 12, 2023. I commented on their IG earlier today inquiring on my order and I’m now post blocked.

Szkoda, że nie nie można dać 0 gwiazdek. Ta firma to jakaś kpina. Piękne filmiki na insta, zdjęcia zachęcające do kupienia oszałamiających produktów. Kosmetyki zamówiłam w listopadzie 2022. Cierpliwie czekałam jakiś czas. Po napisaniu pierwszego maila dostałam odpowiedz, ze ze względu na jakiś cyber atak firma zatrzymała wszelkie dostawy. Czekałam nadal miesiąc, dwa, trzy. Kolejny mail z fałszywym numerem śledzenia, po wejściu w numer i firmę do śledzenia przesyłek wyskakiwał błąd. Napisałam ponownie. Kazano mi sciagnac jakaś aplikacje na telefon. Śmiechu warte, zamiast wysłac towar , cały czas się wykrecaja. Nie dajcie się nabrać. Długo zwlekałam z napisaniem tutaj opinii, ale myśle ze rok to duzo czasu na oczekiwanie na przesyłkę :/

I made a big order back in April, and am still yet to receive my order. I was sent a shipping email a couple of months ago, which was obviously fake! My emails were answered originally and I was told my order would be shipped. However, once my fake shipping email was sent they no longer replied to emails. I highly suggest you don’t waste your money with this company!

I ordered a lit of makeup on 1st sept 2023. It's now 10th nov. N still nothing I've emailed them twice to ask for a refund. No reply. Has anyone had money back. Or know what I should do

Is it possible to give zero stars? I consider myself a scam aware customer but this company/individual fooled me. I placed an order back in May of 2023 and to date have not received any product nor a refund. I've contacted them many times via email as per their 'customer service' and received not one acknowledgement. I've posted on insta, commented on their posts on FB and you think even in the interest of saving face they would comment or even remove my post. They are NOT REAL. do not order anything from this wack entity

If you want to give your money away and get really pissed off because you're going to be ignored ad nauseam, congratulations! You've found your online makeup shop that will make your dreams come true! Amm, on top of that, they get offended when you tell them what happened to you so they don't rip anyone else off. The worst experience I've ever had buying makeup online and I've even bought from the USA without any problems and I live in Europe, with an ocean in between. Don't be fooled by the reels!

Would leave 0 stars. I ordered my product back im April, have sent a number of emails asking for support, and have had very little response from the company. Asked for a refund and got fobbed off. Avoid as I am now starting to think its a scam. As you can see I havent recieved the item, no tracking provided.

They don’t want to be called scammers but they also don’t send you the products you order. I ordered November 2022 for Black Friday and never received the products. They do not answer emails or comments on instagram from people who do not receive their orders. They made excuse after excuse on why they didn’t send orders on instagram and now they just don’t post anything addressing orders that haven’t been delivered in almost a year. If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, and acts like a duck…

I have ordered the items more than 1.5 month now. They have not given any update, they don’t reply to any email, they have taken the money but no product. It is a scam.

I placed an order April 12, 2023 and have yet to receive anything from this company. I’ve sent a dozen emails. I’ve tried contacting through Facebook and Instagram, only to have them report my comments.
My order was updated in June to “shipped” but I was never given any tracking information.
I was hoping to share these with friends and festivals/events which would have brought in a ton of sales. I should have read the warnings of the other 3000 people here who have been scammed by this company.

TOTAL SCAM. messaged them on facebook, instagram and via email and get ignored. Many others having the same issue. Paying for items that never get sent.

I placed an order for several products in December of 2022. It is now mid-October of 2023, and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent dozens of emails at this point. When they actually do respond (rare), I’m told my order is being “processed” and will ship in the next few days. I’ve been told this same thing over and over again since March. This business is a scam, and I have no idea how it is still in operation.
