Hidden Cosmetics Anmeldelser 

After having ordered twice before with long wait time I anticipated it wouldn’t be fast. But this time is another level saying they are closing, then taken over. DMs and emails being “responded to” and orders only a week beind. I ordered on 18/6 have chased and been ignored. In seeing all the messages on Instagram and on here I have now reported to tracing standards.

I have ordered with them before and had a fairly good experience with customer service but unfortunately this time around it has been abysmal. I ordered some products back in July and we are now well into September and I have had no updates at all from the company, I've tried getting in contact about 5 times now via email, their website contact form and even instagram DM’s but nothing seems to be getting through to them even though they are claiming on their insta stories to be replying to emails and DM’s. Its a shame cuz their products are so nice but the fact I've now waited two months nearly for an order of just TWO products is ridiculous.

Edit: as of 12th September 2024 i called them out on one of their insta posts and got a DM saying they're not scamming and apparently have sent out my order today but I'm yet to get a shipment email, they then turned off the comments on the post I commented on. Funny that.

Edit 2: as of Tuesday 1st October 2024 i FINALLY received my products which they actually had to ship out twice because i didnt receive the first lot they sent which they claimed to have sent on the 12th september 2024 but i don't believe they actually sent them to be honest and when I paid for first class i didn't expect to have to wait a whole week for my stuff and when i explained on Monday 30th september 2024 that nothing had turned up it seemed as if they were accusing me of lying when in fact NO products had turned up yet luckily they did the next day but i dont like being made out to be a liar when i clearly was not lying. I do feel that if i hadn’t called them out in their insta comments for being scammers i would never have known when i would get my stuff, i didn't even get a shipping email when it was sent therefore i doubt i will buy from them again unless significant changes are made to their customer service.

I wish I could give less than one star. In all transparency I can’t comment on what the actual product is like because it’s yet to arrive since ordering it back in july. They don’t respond to messages. Guess I just need to take the L. Luckily it wasn’t a lot of money but I’m disgusted and disappointed non the less. Wish I’d checked here first. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Edit. 28/9 - It finally arrived after waiting since JULY. I'd just sent the company a message about it still not being here when the posty put it through the door. Apparently I'm lying about that though, and trying to take advantage of a small indie company. Literally been accused of trying to steal.
At this point i dont care if this is the most beautiful product I ever put on my face I wouldn't use this rude, disfunctional, unprofessional company even if someone else was paying for it. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered in June, got an instant email that payment was received... Then nothing. Spammed their incessant Instagram ads and they finally responded a month ago saying my order would be shipped that week. And it never, ever was. Absolute con artists. Managed a charge back through my bank thank God. They publish new content every day almost so they're obviously around, but it seems by the mass bad reviews that they just collect orders and money and don't actually ship anything. The police need to get involved here.

This company are scamming everyone, it’s totally illegal what they are doing.
I ordered over £50 worth of stuff from there 50% off sale,
That was 12 weeks ago!
I’ve sent numerous emails and messaged them on their social media pages, they ignore all of them.
I’ve not received one reply!
And I wished I had come here first to read all the reviews. Because it looks like I’m one of hundreds of people they have scammed!
They are rob dogs!
And should be investigated asap. Because it’s fraud!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Ordered 2 pigments in February 2023 and never received. They were replying to my emails sporadically for a while but not now. Apparently they’re having a ‘closing down sale’ so clearly still taking orders they won’t be sending. Wish I could prevent anyone else giving them their money, I keep commenting on their instagram and they keep deleting but I will continue.

Biggest scam ever! They take your money and no orders. I ordered a month ago and they never responded to any emails and have blocked their messages on instagram. Wish I knew sooner I would have never ordered from them. Over 100$ later im stuck with no makeup and no refund no message back from “ customer service” I payed through this “ payment app “ and got an email but no confirmation number what so ever. Report the account!!

I placed my order more than a month ago and never received the products. I should have looked at Trustpilot before.

Very upsetting cause I ordered from their "closing down sale" and got my money taken by "take payments" but now I can't get into my account or anything. I've ordered before about a year or so ago, and it took a while to get the products but I did recieve something, so this is why I ordered again froj the closing sale, thinking they wouldn't be scammy but alas no response to emails, basically blocked from my account, can't see my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered on 8 weeks ago no products, no refund, no response to emails..their 'closing down sale' that isn't a closing down sale has been going on for 10 weeks now, they take your money and you get nothing, yet still posting on IG and deleting comments asking for refund or products DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY WHO ARE LISTED AS DORMANT ON COMPANIES HOUSE

Made an order 10th June, still not received it on the 12th August. I've sent emails, messages on instagram and had NO reply. Looked on TrustPilot and Reddit - multiple people have had the same issue and been SCAMMED. People waiting MONTHS and others over a year and yet no response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered product from this company 8 weeks ago. They were very quick to take my money but I am still waiting to actually get the goods. It's an absolute joke! Their customer service is not just terrible it is none existant. They haven't responded in anyway at all to any of my emails or messages. Negative ⭐️

Placed an order OVER A MONTH AGO and never received an order confirmation, just a payment receipt from the third party payment company. I've sent them a message through their websites Contact form, emailed them, left comments on their instagram posts and sent a DM to their instagram which apparently is not monitored. Absolutely NO response.

Why oh why didn’t I read the reviews first on this company!
I spent over £50 of goods from this hidden cosmetics company.
I understand their name now. Because they take your money and hide it away and don’t send your good.
It should be called “hidden money” instead

It’s been 2 weeks , I’ve heard nothing. I’ve emailed and messaged them through instagram. Nothing nada
I’m so angry with myself.
They are having a so called 50% off sale that is obviously suckering us all in to get a bargain.
The amount of people giving them money is scary to think.
I’m going to have to call my credit card company and report at fraud .
I’m not sure if I’ll get it back or not!

Have been waiting for my order over 2,5 years now. Cant get in touch with them which i tried via email and instagram

Back on 6/23, I got a gift for myself through this company... at least I thought I did. It has been almost 1 month, and I've not heard anything back from them. I've attempted their website request for email (which is almost impossible to find) 2x with no reply, as well as any media platform I can access. Terrible company.

I should’ve looked at trustpilot before I spent my money on products from hidden cosmetics, that never arrived and won’t be in the futur 🤬

This is THE WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered in my whole life. Ordered April 2022. Some conformation emails then some old flannel about being sent. NEVER ARRIVED AMD NO REFUND. Totally disgusting. I hate leaving negative comments but I can’t believe the total incompetence and dishonesty of this firm
