From showroom to installation it was a a seamless process. Gavin in the Castlereagh branch was extremely helpful when choosing our bathroom. We were able to take our time choosing products and they have such a huge selection to choose from. A big thank you to the guys who installed the bathroom. The Electrician was here first thing in the morning ensuring electrics were prepped for the rip out of old suite. Rodrigo did an amazing job of tiling walls and floor, installing shower and mirror etc. His attention to detail was great and cleaned up daily. David the plumber did an excellent job installing bathroom. He sorted out old underfloor drainage pipes that were causing problems with our old shower. We really appreciated the professional job the guys did and would highly recommend HHI.

It took three attempts to install a bath 'correctly' (although it squeaks - not that that was the reason for the three attempts). It took 2 attempts to install a vanity unit 'correctly' (not accounting for the fact you have left us with an inaccessible isolation valve and cistern). It took you three three attempts to fix the cistern fill valve which failed after a few months and can't even supply an appropriate replacement seal for the shower screen which again failed after a few months. They make out they project manage, but once they get the signed order they just send a resend random trades people they hire and refuse to send a representative out as apparently that's not how it works.

Update - Why are you only offering to send someone out after I have gone public. I was told 'that's not how it works' by Emily (corrected) when I tried to get you to come out before. If you truly care about your "Customer Service" you would have been proactive and contacted us direct!

Further Update, the fact you can't identify us from the catalogue of issues I've described (although admittedly I may have understated the full extent), suggests our issues are not that uncomment (prospective customers please note) and exactly why I don't want you to compound our issues by sending any more random trades people.

HHI, Prince Regent road, Belfast, sent their rep. out to help us choose a new composite door, who was very helpful. The new door is excellent quality with beautiful, creatively designed glass.
The 2 fitters were highly skilled and pleasant to converse with. No damage to the existing wall around the old door, which was so helpful, and all the mess efficiently cleared up. Highly recommend these fitters.

Excellent from start to finish. Charlotte was so helpful.She really listened when we told her what we wanted and had some great suggestions. The plumber, Electrician and fitter were amazing and cleaned up every day . Four days from start to finish. Delighted with our new ensuite bathroom.

Chris and Steve have done a wonderful job replacing all our outside suffices, gutters and drain pipes.
So professional and did a wonderful jobs. Overcome any problems that they came across. The weather these lads worked in was horrendous but they worked when they could and I cannot fault them in any way. Delighted with the finished job. Thanks lads. Can highly recommend hhi and their workers without any concerns. Bathroom done before Christmas, guttering etc just finished and new kitchen soon to be done by hhi.

We had an excellent experience with HHI from start to finish. Darren came out to meet with us and was fantastic — he took the time to talk us through all our options and shared great ideas we hadn’t even considered. He made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

The installation team, especially Mark, was professional, efficient, and left everything spotless. The new windows look amazing and have made a real difference in our home. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them!

Great service from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the showroom Alice was super helpful and she took the time to walk me through all the different materials and options, as well as to answer my multiple emails. All the workers did a great work, plumber, electrician, fitter, very profesional and they cleaned up after they finished. Totally recomend HHI, and will go to them again as they are very good to work with.

Great service from planning to installation, from the office staff to Plumber, electrician and installation team. Clean up after themselves. Very helpful would strongly recommend HHI for Bathroom installation.

This is the second kitchen I have had from HHI and to say I'm pleased is an understatement. All the workers were fantastic, they never stopped working & did everything that I wanted, even adding to my order a few days before the work started. Some other places may be less expensive but with HHI you know exactly what you are getting. Everyone from start to finish was very helpful, friendly and really nice people.

Amazing from start to finish. Alice was excellent in helping us decide everything for our bathroom. And the finished look is amazing so pleased workers were fantastic and you didn’t even know they had been here after doing all the work. Highly recommend.

After shopping around various suppliers we decided on HHI to fit a new front door. It was competitively priced and we had a wide range to choose from. The pre sale attention to detail by Alan was excellent and he listened to what I wanted - even when I changed my mind !! The final result is fabulous and I’m so delighted with the door - expertly fitted by Stephen.

The customer care from HHI, particularly John, the manager of the Lisburn branch, has been outstanding. He is like the 4th emergency service whenever there is an issue. Always available to help with any post installation queries or issues. I feel I can buy with confidence because I know he will follow up and resolve any outstanding snags.

First class service . HHI recently fitted my whole house with new windows, doors and a new garage door. I could not fault the service I got from start to finish. They came when they said they would , completed on time and little to no mess.
For the last three weeks HHI designed and fitted me a new kitchen, knocked a wall down between kitchen and dining area , levelled the floor and replastered all the walls and ceilings . I could not fault the service that I received from meeting Jen Brown at Castlereagh when she designed my new kitchen which I love . Nothing too much trouble for her and she tweaked and re tweaked anything I wanted. Jim, the quality controller was there from day one surveying and ripping out my old kitchen and again nothing was too much trouble . An absolute gentleman. I have to mention the floor fitter Victor who laid the most beautiful floor and indeed saved me money when it came to levelling the floor by reusing the wood that was already there.
The plumber Aaron and the electrician Robert were just the best . They went over and beyond what they had to do - both perfectionists, both completed the jobs with professionalism and attention to detail. The plasterers Sammy and Ryan worked so hard and in what was a very messy job left no mess behind on very rainy day! The kitchen fitter James transformed what looked like a pile of doors and worktops into a beautiful kitchen.
I have to say all of the workmen were there first thing, worked solidly until home time with as little inconvenience as possible . They were all clean tidy workers and took away all their rubbish. All absolute gentlemen. I have to mention Tracey, Sophie and Donna in the offices. Always there to answer any questions. Thank you HHI. I would have no hesitation recommending HHI to anyone.

I’ve been going to Hhi for years. The team is great. Curtis and Peter are very helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. Nothing is ever too much for those guys. They will go above and beyond to provide a great service five stars for these guys they work very hard

Had a complete new bathroom fitted by these guys...excellent service from start to finish.

From going in to choose bathroom knowledge of what i wanted and making it so simple by explaining everything.

Guys who fitted were excellent very professional clean tidy and helpful workmanship excellent!

Edit following reply: my text to the surveyor with "another reason" for cancellation noted that people known to me had work carried out and could not recommend HHI due to errors and delays. I'm unsure what point you tried to make there, other than insinuating the job was cancelled for some unrelated issue.

The missed appointment did in fact result in cancelling the job, and as we seem to be playing this game, your surveyor reply included;

"This went clean out of my head. I even booked today off to get organised for leaving tomorrow."

T&C's state cancellation within 7 days for a full refund. Yet surveyors and contractors cannot attend for months?

You leave very little scope for a client make informed decisions and receive a refund of hundreds, if not thousands of pounds for any number of genuine reasons, despite HHI potentially having done nothing more than an initial consultation.

I do not appreciate my time and leave from work being utterly wasted, and certainly do not appreciate your, in my opinion, underhand response to this review.

Cannot recommend, at least not Bangor.
Waited 3 months for a surveyor to come out, which is before even getting an actual start date.

Surveyor arranged the appointment directly with me for 13th August, then forgot to turn up. I gave them 2 hours after the appointment time before contacting, turned out preparing for their flight the next day was more important it seemed.

Contract cancelled that day and granted, a full refund was provided within a couple of days. Can't fault that and really was the only positive from the experience. Colin Patterson was excellent in dealing with the refund and others should learn proper customer service skills from him. The sales team member I did deal with initially and assumed would be my point of contact made no attempt.

I contacted an alternative contractor based in Bangor on the 10th of September.
Work started 20th October and has just completed today, 22nd October.

The standard of work is outstanding. The guys doing the work were fantastic.

They have been more efficient, were more competitively priced than HHI, take a much smaller percentage as a deposit, plus carried out additional work such putting up a mirror and installing spotlights at no extra cost.

They also provided a costed schedule of works, HHI don't.

Will never recommend HHI Bangor to anyone. A complete and total waste of time and leave from work.
Better pricing, more efficient and ultimately better customer service can be found elsewhere.

We had reason to replace our Upvc back door and contacted HHI Castlereagh,as we have used them previously for work around our house.From that initial contact to installation the whole process was seamless with all appointments and timescales met. On the day of installation we hardly knew the Fitter, Stephen Hamilton, was there. he was very neat, tidy and professional,We were very happy with the process from start to finish.

This was very disappointing, as these facilities were a key reason for choosing this property. The inaccurate listing caused inconvenience and did not meet the expectations set by the information on your platform.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange an appropriate resolution—either a partial refund, compensation, or necessary corrective action to ensure other travelers do not face similar issues.

have recently had a new kitchen installed by HHI, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From my first meeting with Gavin, I felt at ease. He listened to what I was looking for in a kitchen, my issues and concerns, and he advised me in a professional, and timely manner. I was very happy with what Gavin designed and created for me. The office kept me informed every step of the way, and I can honestly say, every tradesman who entered my home, was friendly, polite, efficient and respected my property. Lee had my old kitchen ripped out in a matter of hours, Ryan had it plastered, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Victor did a super job of my new floor, which is unique to HHI, and is stunning. Andy the kitchen fitter actually managed to fit it all in one day, and again cleaned up really well. Robert the electrician, and Aaron the plumber were fantastic, and actually finished my kitchen ahead of schedule, and were so helpful towards me. Robert replaced an extra socket at the last minute, and Aaron took the time to show me how all my new appliances worked. HHI have a fantastic team, and they made my experience, efficient, smooth and friendly. I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen, and the service I received.

Thank you to every member of staff in HHI. They are totally extremely professional. We have had kitchen, guttering, facias and window sills installed. All work completed on time and without stress. After-sales service brilliant, we reported fault in kitchen flooring and within two weeks it was replaced. HHI certainly deserve 5stars
