I have had the pleasure of being a customer of House and Holiday Home Mortgages (specifically Joe and Lauren) for a few years now. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provide; they are professional, efficient, organised and responsive whilst being friendly, approachable and very much customer focused. They go above and beyond and feels like they care and want the best for the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend House and Holiday Home Mortgages to anyone.

Mark and Ben at House and Holiday Home Mortgages have recently helped me complete the refinancing of a leasehold holiday let. Not the simplest of tasks. They sourced the best product and patiently pushed the process along in tandem with the required lease extension negotiations. My circumstances were complicated (including restricted holiday let and non-UK residency, to name but two) and they handled every challenge which arose over several months with patience and professionalism. I can’t thank them enough for making our property dream come true!

I initially tried to do a remortgage with my own bank(twice) and was let down. In the end I was recommended to the lovely Mortgage broker Sally Hilliker, who was in charge of helping me to remortgage my home. At first I was quite apprehensive as my credit score was not great. However from start to finish Sally got the ball rolling, and kept me up to speed whether by phone, text and email.
Sally offered great advice, and even when I doubted myself, she remained optimistic throughout.
Thankfully Sally managed to source a few lenders and in a matter of weeks(also with the help of Ben), I finally got a remortgage on a good fixed rate, and other debts were cleared. I feel a sense of relief as this has come at such a good time, especially with the BoE having just raised their interest rates.
I can definitely recommend, and I have also recommended Hhh to my work colleagues.
