Svar fra HempElf
Dear AJ,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Limoncello and Mimosa tea flowers from your recent order. Our £1/g tea range is our budget option, made up of outdoor-grown flowers and designed to offer a more affordable choice compared to our premium indoor strains. Because of this, the appearance, flavour, and smoothness can vary more noticeably, especially when compared to higher-end products.
These strains are intended as a value option for customers looking for larger quantities at a lower price point, rather than the same experience as our premium range. We understand that ordering a larger amount based on first impressions can sometimes lead to disappointment if the strain does not suit personal preference.
That said, we always want our customers to be happy with their purchase, and we appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us improve both our product descriptions and customer experience.
If you would like to reach out to our support team directly, we would be happy to discuss this further and see if there is anything we can do to help.
Sincerely,
The Helpful Hemp Elf

I suffer badly with my nerves
I suffer badly with my nerves, and have been trying to quit drinking alcohol to relax at night. I thought id try hempelfs cbd products. They are a game changer! After using their cbd products(I’ve tried a few types), I felt relaxed whilst still able to complete daily chores and tasks. It has also helped with my pain as I suffer with degenerative discs in my neck. Will definitely continue to subscribe to hempelf! Easy to order, and fast delivery through the post.
