Recently bought two tins of Heinz spaghetti bolognese from Sainsbury. Despite being described on the tin as ‘in a juicy meaty sauce’, there was not a scrap of meat in either tin - just pasta in a watery brown sauce.
I have eaten this product over many years, and will not bother again. The food was edible, but for what I got was incredibly overpriced. I was going to complain to Heinz, but what’s the point - I ate the food, and a refund would be pointless - Heinz are obviously on a money saving exercise with most of their products, and the men in suits in the boardroom are doing their best to destroy a respected brand, and drive us all into the arms of Aldi and Lidl own brands which are now much better taste and value.
Goodbye Heinz.

Got an email telling me I have early access to their latest limited edition product. I clicked on the link within seconds and it was already out of stock. There is no pint emailing tens of thousands of people when you only have a handful in stock as it just wastes everyone's time and is a huge brand negative

Since Covid quality poor but prices skyrocketing! When trying to complain you get sent on a wild goose chase! Spent £4.95 for 4 microwavable pots of hell! Never thought I’d say this but every own brand product is now better tasting than Heinz!

I ordered two personalised items on 27/08 for birthday on 07/09. My account was charged immediately, I contacted customer service on 03/09 as items had not arrived, I was told it would be raised as urgent. I,ve now demanded a refund on 13/09.

Sent me and email with a code for free shipping for 24 hours. Code said it had already been used. Contacted Heinz a week ago but they haven't been bothered to reply.... Bit crap really

For the last year or so I had to switch to a cheaper brand due to simply not being able to afford my Heinz spaghetti hoops any more. I missed them and their thick tomato sauce a lot but we buy what we can afford and happily I found a decent enough alternative. Then last week I had a little more left for shopping and Heinz spaghetti was on an offer so I happily bought my self two big tins...eager to taste it again. I had some meals in front due to eat by date so two days ago I finally got around to making my toast to go with my spaghetti hoops. I like mine in a bowl very hot so I can dip my toast into them. What on earth had happened to that lovely thick sauce I don't know but all I got was a thin watery sauce that tasted, quite simply,watery and tasteless. I was so disappointed... and hungry as I didn't even want to eat it. Whatever you did it wasn't worth it. Now the sauce doesn't stick to the bowl because it's too thin to do so, what a rip off! Not happy how high your prices are yet you still watered it down. This was supposed to be my treat and I've given away the other tin. Not happy at all!

Tomato Ketchup? Errrrrr.
Prefer a bit of BBQ, my friend however loves it. He likes it so much he puts it on his Sunday dinner. Sacrilege…

Awful, more juice than spaghetti, and the juice was like water.

They've robbed the public for long enough. Now time you leave forever. Gone downhill and the people have spoken. Quality is poor and substance is even worse. Price - laughable. Go away now heinz...

I add half a cup of microwaved diced veg, one small tin of chilli tuna and a serve of Heinz spaghetti for a nutritious adaptable quick meal, carbs, protein and veg. Always a consistent taste.

Recently revisited Heinz baked beans, apart from the taste and unlike other brands you could see a significant difference in the quantity of beans to the volume of sauce, we will go back to Branston who offer better value, Heinz are surely on the verge of labelling them a soup!.

Just found a large Either black stone or piece of metal in a tin of Beef and veg BIG SOUP. This is really concerning as could cause choking hazard and not to say what bacteria would be created with this!
Will not be buying this product again. especially for the Grandchildren.

£1.80 for a single tin of beans in tescos, still has the pre-covid price along with the inflation on top, and I can see you guys going bust soon, heinz is no go for me due to your greed, and I will not support you, because your beans do not taste that great anymore, was ok 3 years ago, I will grow my own beans and tomatoes cheaper this way.

I purchased a tin of Heinz Big Soup and found an object in it. I rang Heinz around 16 March 2024.
gave all the detail and was told i would get an envelope to send the item to them, Still have not received any thing, told by the person it would be sent first class as i was going on holiday, good service ?

I tried the new Heinz cheesy beans. They were amazing!!! Great in this cost of living crisis as no need for cheese as these are full of flavour

Heinz used to be the best. Now it's gone bad. And the price is not worth it. How can they justify the charge of 1.85 a tin. Unbelievable. Can't afford it anymore. Shame on you Heinz.

Just had the pea and ham soup. It was a case of hunt the ham.
