Can't give 0 stars, how unfortunate. I ordered a birthday gift for my wife from my kids and when the sale went through i realized shop had reverted to our old address. I figured it wasn't a prblem until I realized there was no where on their site to correct a shipping address and only an email link. Again, I figured it was no problem and sent them an email asking for the correction within 4 minutes of placing the order. I woke up this morning to a canned response saying they were soo efficient that it had shippied already and I could contact the carrier to pay them to redirect the package. At this point I was upset but at least my wife would be getting her birthday preasent. Nope! Tracking number doesn't even exist.
Over $100 for an apron that my wife will never have.
Tell you what. Refund the $$ and I'll update to 3 stars, which would actualy be a boost to your review score....
