Utterly useless
Utterly useless. They ask lots of irrelevant questions they are reading out instead of listening to my symptoms. They constantly interrupt with inane questions which just waste time. Last time I called them I was in severe pain but didn't know what was wrong. I couldn't even get anybody on the phone in the early morning hours. Instead there was a message that we were to send an email blah blah blah bit I was in too much pain to even be able to read it. So I just called an ambulance. Just as well I did as at the hospital they found I had kidney stones. They gave me Fentanyl and Morphine for the pain. I passed the stones a few days later but thank God for that pain relief.

Healthline Phone line terrible service
I rang Healthline to get advice as my child is feeling unwell. As a mum I am always extra pre-cautious. The lady that answered was very rude. Asked me a long list of questions half not even related to what the issue was. Then proceeded to give me a lecture when she barely let me speak felt like she was in a bad mood for working on the weekend and needed someone to take it out on with her terrible mood.. will not be calling that service ever again, will just wait to see our GP. They were not helpful whatsoever.
Terrible site
Terrible site. Claims to have opt-out for tracking, but only shows a tiny list of articles if you do. They only care about money. If you want to use this site, use some method in your browser to disable javascript for this site only.
Misleading Readers by Ignoring Medication Side Effects
Some of the articles on the site is misleading. You can tell they are very biased like the ones where they encourage people to have kids go on puberty blockers to save them from suicide while ignoring that doing so with the more popular ones has the side effect of mental instability. They purposely ignore the side effects of this to paint it as the miracle cure. Like the fact if you take puberty blockers and trans chemical cocktail it might make your child sterile.
I did receive information and…
I did receive information and assistance at the start, but when I tried to contact after a while they did not respond to me.
Healthline: Ordinary info is not worth your privacy
A complete privacy suck but at least they're honest about it. Unfortunately, failure to accept their rafts of tracking cookies might disqualify the info you seek. I understand they need ad revenue but they hold fairly ordinary info hostage that's easily gotten elsewhere and offer only misc. articles for visitors from geographical locations with online privacy protections. Instead of wasting time on standard-issue content, try adding "NIH" (National Institute of Health) or PubMed to your search terms to see actual published research instead of relying on conflated info mashups like Healthline.
When you find a likely article, click the "author information" link under the authors to see their credentials (like MD or Ph.D) and the institution they represent. And be careful to check article dates for recency. I suggest you look for research from US universities, hospitals and research centers. Beware of Journals that have "Frontiers in..." in the title. When you find an article, the relevant info is probably covered in the Abstract/introductory paragraphs, and paragraphs titled, Results, Discussion and Conclusions at the end.
Unfortunately, there can be fraud in pay-to-play journals and, I regret to say, from China, so your best bet is US and some European universities, hospitals, research centers.

Quinoa 101 they have zero contact information
Quinoa 101: Nutrition Facts and Health Benefits by Marie Johnson, the one reviewing the information
On this article... your information is absolutely retardedly useless for everybody who reads it because it's only listing quinoa and motha retardedly grams, instead of cups. You can't convert grams to cups, without knowing how much is actually within a 1/3cup firstly, in order to tell anything about the nutrition, that you'll still have to do all this other calculation for. Your information is absolutely retardedly useless to everybody.. Do something worth being actually useful for somebody, fix that.
Not satisfied with health line
Not satisfied with health line. I wanted me monez back because it didn't work properly and the support was really slow. They probably only spend their money on advertising and not on customers. I didn't notice anything good. I would rather advice against it, there is better quality on the market. For example JS nutrirank is much better because it shows differences better and is easy to use.
Very intrusive
There should be a possibility to give negative stars. 1 star is just too many already.
This website is interested in your personal info only. If you refuse to comply they show you a page with some pathetic excuse about your location and ruling GDPR and how expensive their info is. That info is btw outdated and questionable.
Thousands of other sites where you can get better info. Avoid!!
Unethical
It's impossible to access their sometimes conflicting and outdated information without first allowing them to snoop on, and to sell, all of your personal data. Healthline are parasites who feed off of people's health anxieties.

Old, inaccurate information only includes research on male population
I read a very inaccurate article on adhd and how it progresses with age. It was a newer article but it parroted a lot of old information that only pertains to males with adhd. I wanted to contact them so they could update their article to include the more recent reseach on how adhd affects women. They had zero contact information, even under the 'contact us' link. So this is the best I can do.
No good for after hours emergencies
When I do call I am asked a long list of questions that are irrelevant and waste time when I can clearly describe my symptoms and guess whats happening. One time if was food poisoning from a seafood supplement I was taking - I found out I'm allergic to shell fish, which I had guesses from the symptoms and the onset, 3 days after I began taking the supplement. I stopped taking them and my symptoms cleared up within a day. The very last time I called Healthline 2 months ago, in agonizing pain at 2am nobody answered. There was a long list of instructions and questions to answer by email but I was too ill to even read them.....in agony and vomiting into a towel, I called an ambulance and ended up in hospital with kidney stones. I will never call Healthline again, I'll just call an ambulance instead.
Nurse didn't listen
The nurse wouldn't listen when I tried to explain my symptoms and got flustered when I tried to explain my medical issues which are quite complicated. She kept butting in with the standard questions. I terminated the call feeling very concerned about the potential outcomes for my health this evening. I have an episode of hepatic encephalopathy and my symptoms suggest I am having or had a mild episode.
