It's always reassuring to have our calls received very quickly. Our service provider, Nathan, seemingly had all the relevant information to hand and did not keep us on the phone longer than required.
His service was a breath of fresh air when our buyer spends a lot of time on the phone to uncaring firms.
Thanks Nathan

Ordered multiple times and have received great service with prompt replies. Nathan has always been helpful. Thank you.

Brilliant service, we have a contact who we can go to with any query, and our questions always get answered promptly, no matter what. I can't fault the service we are given.

My first order. Very prompt and professional.

Excellent service from a team that goes above and beyond. I was expecting a delivery in a few weeks but they said ‘Nooooo, it’ll be there today please!’

Delivery was quick and within the advised time scale.
Excellent service.

Ordered a mobility scooter for a family member, VAT was free and delivery was quick. Highly recommended

Fantastic service ,phoned first and was directed to alternatives when one item was out of stock.items arrived well packed the next day :)

arrived promptly, well packed and as ordered, thank you

Fantastic products and great service. Would highly recommend.

Delivery was quick and Richard dealt with a coding problem with prompt replies.

Impressive Customer Service. Replies to initial enquiries were prompt and informative. Order arrived efficiently and will consider using again.

I have just had the most fantastic service from this company. I have recently had some bad experiences with other companies whilst trying to obtain a battery for my oxygen concentrator. I stumbled upon this company yesterday and today I am sitting with my new battery charging up. Actually I can hardly believe it and I would recommend this company to anybody and especially if they need help with dealing with the computerised form filling. My assistant was so patient and helpful. So I give them full marks all round. Thank you so much

Still no product after 2 months from order!
I have called them several times in total to receive a number of excuses including that “they have no staff to process the order”.
Amazing that you can get stuff from the EU via Amazon next day delivery, and yet shipping to a UK postcode from Ipswich takes 2 months?!
Finally on the fifth occasion of calling I was told by a woman with zero interpersonal skills that I should receive it next week. If it hasnt arrived by then I will contact my credit card company and cancel the original transaction.

Professional company with good service. Will be using again
