Wow, fantastic customer service, first case arrived slightly damaged! Emailed straight away and within 3 days a new case was delivered and old one collected, right in perfect time for my daughters birthday. Thank you Lizzy for your excellent service 👍🏽

Bought 2 pairs of their Air pods , neither work . No response from messages and email . No address to return to ..... over £100 wasted on Chinese rubbish branded up by HB London, a company I’ve always thought was great...... not anymore . Terrible customer service, in fact no customer service. 🤬😡 fuming

Purchased suitcase December 2018. On the 2nd time of use the Zip broke.
Case wrapped up in plastic wrap at airport to allow to travel (after photos taken).

Have contacted HB London 3 times asking for a response showing photos & proof of purchase no reply to date.
£130 paid used twice absolute rubbish!

Absolutely shocking customer service after many emails sent by myself , no reply
Suitcase broke after one use

The quality is unreal and arrived in 4 working days!! Worth every penny I want the suitcase now 🤣

Sent this to customer service and I haven’t heard a thing absolutely shocking customer service hence 1 star .....
Hi I bought a case from you for my sons birthday 28th August he has used it twice on the first outing the lock kept getting jammed and in the second outing one of the wheels has come loose .... I’m sorry to moan but £135 I expect it to last more than 2 outings I’m mortified please can you advise on how to rectify this x

The EarPods are amazing and incredible value for money! Every test I’ve put them through they’ve passed with flying colours and having the customised logo is next level! Not my first purchase from HB and I know it won’t be my last!

One of the brackets holding a wheel to the suitcase has started to detach from the suitcase making it very difficult to pull along and rendering it useless for future holidays. I don't expect to spend this much money on a suitcase that doesn't even last two holidays or reach two years old.

Recently purchased a large marble designed Suitcase. It’s absolute great. Nothing wrong with the lock as mentioned in previous reviews and arrived earlier than the 7-10 days noted on the website. Cannot recommend HB London highly enough

Absolutely over the moon with my cases that I ordered! Couldn’t recommended HB London more! Great Quality too!
I was worried they wouldn’t arrive in time because I left it so last minute, but I messaged customer services and received a response within the hour to say they would make sure they were here for me. They turned up the same week!

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! This is the worst company I’ve ever spent my money on!
Got two cases and one came faulty! So asked for a replacement to be sent out which they said ok.

No replacement was sent ! Then I tried to follow this up they wouldn’t reply , wouldn’t answer any calls and also blocked me on all social media when I tried to reach out to them.

don’t waste you’re money as these cases are also cheap.
I’ve wasted a lot of money for a broken case

I brought a large case for £160 which was personalised. The case arrived looking good. However the combination lock did not work and I sent emails to try and resolve this issue with HB London but I have had absolutely no acknowledgement or response to try and remedy the problem.

Don’t buy from this company until they get their customer service resolved.
