I have used Woolacotts Bude for many years. I have always been very happy with the service I have received.
I recently purchased a new hoover but needed some help with the direct debit so I popped in today and was served by GUS who was friendly and really helpful and sorted everything out for me. Great Service, Thank you

I ordered a new washing machine, having been given some knowledgeable advice from Sam at your barnstaple shop. Very impressed. It was delivered today, the old machine taken away and my new one fitted. Both delivery men polite and helpful in answering my queries on a couple of things. I will not hesitate in using this company again when I need an electrical appliance replaced. Thank you. An excellent service.

My under warranty record deck died and needed warranty repair. On its return it was damaged by the courier although working. After discussions I was able to trade it in and change to another model by adding the difference. Yet again, Dan's experience in the field came to the fore and I now have a better deck that sounds much better than the previous which goes to show the value and knowledge of trained staff is paramount. The service I received was over and above what I could ever have expected. Thank you.

Brilliant customer service - took in my Miele vacuum which wasn’t working. User error (ahem) but they sorted it out perfectly.

I recently bought several white goods from the Bodmin branch of Woolacotts at the end of 2023. Because the experience had been such a good one, I returned recently to buy a couple of televisions. On both occasions in the shop, Jon was friendly without being ingratiating, knowledgeable without being pushy and quick to understand what I was looking for. He offered me some generous discounts and completed the paperwork, which included arranging installations and set up, in record time. Delivery and installations went very well - I received notifications of arrival times that were kept to (not always the case). The products were installed quickly and well. The delivery men (Colin and Tris for the TVs) set up the products and gave me comprehensive operating instructions. Best of all is that, should I need any after-sales help, I have one phone number to call, and Jon in Bodmin to discuss issues with - rather than speaking with strangers in a call centre thousands of miles away! It was a real pleasure doing business with Jon and Woolacotts, and there is nowhere else I would go to for electrical goods.

I needed help. Microwave not working and oven packed up. A man arrived from HBH Woollcotts and solved the issues. I opened the door to the microwave and he knew instantly the problem inside 10 seconds. He then went on and replaced a part in the oven with a spare part in his bag. Only one question…Why did he not wear a cape and have his underpants on outside his trousers..?

Went into Plymouth branch Monday mid morning to buy a washing machine, bought it and it was installed by 4pm.Truly amazing service,

Steve and Dean delivered my tumble dryer and took my old away. I found them both very efficient, polite and they explained everything very clearly to an old lady like me. Would highly recommend 😊☘️🍀

Visited the St Austell branch on Friday with my disabled husband to look at cookers. We were greeted and offered assistance straightaway. We were helped to the lift and offered a wheelchair if we needed one. The salesman offered imformation and guidance on the products. Bought the cooker and given a quick delivery date. He also helped get my husband into the car. Nothing was too much trouble. I've used the store before and recommend them to everyone. Their customer service is excellent.

I and my family have been using Bude Woolacotts for many years. When I relocated to Exeter I didn't realise they were able to cater to me and so bought from another store which I soon regretted. I was then pleased to find that although Woolacotts don't have a store in Exeter, they still deliver items and provide aftercare to Exeter.
I have purchased white goods and electrical equipment from Bude Woolacotts. They have gone above and beyond to fix issues I have experienced with appliances and to help me achieve a good outcome.
The communication with Woolacotts is reliable and helpful. It's useful to be able to contact specific persons by email as well as phone. Woolacotts not only provide exceptional support when it comes to purchasing an item but they also provide amazing aftercare!
I will now always stick to Woolacotts and continue to recommend them to others.

I can’t praise Steve enough for his help to provide a freezer at short notice.
We were let down by Currys and lost the contents of our freezer waiting for the delivery that never happened. Steve would have been happy for us to have taken the store model immediately if required, I don’t know of another company that would be so obliging. Thank you again for your help. Eric Grant.

Sales service is excellent but when you need to use their engineers under warranty it's dreadful.
I've had an engineer out 3 times, the last was yesterday and hay presto the same fault code has come back up on my dishwasher EO1.
I've now had enough and bought a new one from AO.com.
You need to get your act together as I won't be using your service again.

Excellent service again from the Barnstaple store. Let me go in to collect after 5, helpful assistant took the item to the back of my car. Friendly, efficient, great products and fab price.

I had 3 big kitchen appliances delivered, Kevin and Dan were amazing! They disconnected and reconnected my appliances, made sure everything was as it should be.
They were super friendly and I had a nice little laugh with them as they was doing the work. Excellent service from the delivery drivers.
The staff have also been super friendly and very helpful. Excellent service and got me sorted so quickly as I couldn’t be without my appliances.

The salesman Matthew was very knowledgeable and polite he helped find the right soundbar for what I wanted and demonstrated the Sony soundbar

After the non pushy staff at the Wadebridge store I purchased a fridge freezer over the phone. The two delivery staff couldn't had been more helpful by possitioning the large appliance in a tight corner in the kitchen. Thank you to them and I must add the purchase was a good price.

So helpful, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely personal service. No hard sell/trying to up-sell, just listened carefully to what I wanted and didn't try to blind me with science or make me feel overwhelmed. So fortunate to have a local company like Woolacotts.- I would never have received the same high level of service from other national companies/on-line.

We recently purchased an Ebac washing machine, which was delivered within 24 hours of ordering. Wollacotts even 'phoned the next day to check that we were happy and that it was working. We never go anywhere else for appliances and would highly recommend them for any electrical goods.
