Hayward Moon Anmeldelser

We had such a positive experience with Ami Humphreys during our house purchase in Cambridge.

As first-time buyers, we often felt unsure about what to do next, but Ami made the whole process feel so much more manageable. She was always responsive, thorough, and really clear in the way she explained things. Every time we had follow-up questions, she was patient, helpful, and took the time to make sure we understood everything properly.

What we appreciated most was how she helped us interpret the survey report in practical terms. Rather than just giving us the information, she explained step by step what it meant, what we should prioritise, and who we needed to follow up with. That made a huge difference and really helped us feel on track throughout the purchase.

Ami was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. We are very grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her, especially to other first-time buyers.

We have used the services of Hayward Moon twice for conveyancing. On both occasions they have been just so professional, friendly and timely in all correspondence.
They handled both our house sales and were quite simply superb. They made the whole process of selling our home so much easier than I expected. The speed of their reply to our queries was just excellent.
I cant recommend them enough, a truly excellent service from start to finish.

We have just completed on selling a property and would like to thank Bill and his team for guiding us through this process. We would highly recommend Haywood Moon for their professional and friendly service and for their prompt actions to our enquiries.

Bought our house with hayward moon. It took a really long time, but it was through no fault of them. Kerryanne has been amazing at keeping us up to date, following up with comms in a timely manner and sorting everything out with no mistakes. Definitely worth the price.

Shona was brilliant. Efficient in every way. We were kept informed of every step all the time which led to a quick and successful completion. Would highly recommend

Our Conveyancer Emma Boulton and her assistant Catherine Hewitt were very helpful throughout the whole process. They responded very quickly to any queries. Everything progressed well. They were friendly,
knowledgable and gave good advice, helping to avoid
any potential problems. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Julia Schofield during the purchase of my property. The sale was repeatedly delayed due to poor handling and a complete lack of communication throughout the process. If it hadn’t been for my solicitor stepping in and pushing things forward, I genuinely don’t believe the sale would have completed.
I constantly had to chase for updates and involve multiple people just to get basic responses and progress. Julia came across as incredibly inexperienced and unprofessional, which made an already stressful process even worse.
I honestly do not understand how someone with this level of incompetence is the director of a company. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using their services.

Great communication from Annabel and Maja, they worked so hard to get me into my house asap and went above and beyond with chasing information and chasing others to get the letters and stuff back asap, would highly recommend, genuinely a pleasure having them as solicitors

So pleased I chose Hayward Moon to handle the sale of my house. Lynne Warren at Hayward Moon Colchester was fast, efficient, communicated clearly and was really helpful and supportive. I haven’t found my next property yet but I wouldn’t use anyone else for that purchase.

The service we recieved was consistently prompt and helpful. This was our first purchase, so we have no direct comparison, however i've been told by many that this is very rare.

We were very satisfied with Heywood Moon ! Annabelle and Maya were always very hdd

Haywood moon was great me and my partner used Jodie and assistant Charlotte they was great throughout, it was our first home so we didn’t understand the process but helped with all the question and made sense of the complicated ones. Quick reply’s to e-mails. Got us into our home in 10 weeks would definitely recommend to anyone

From start to finish our lawyer Kaylee Weston and her colleagues at Hayward Moon were absolutely brilliant - emails were almost answered straight away - unless they obviously had to contact our buyers solicitor - I would highly recommend Hayward Moon Ipswich - fantastic service

Great service! Efficient communication and swift response - would recommend.

I have zero complaints about the team that handled the conveyancing of my house. Responsive to any of my requests, always available to update on progress and they pushed hard to make stuff happen. 5 stars.

Can’t actually rave about Hayward Moon enough (particularly Jodie & her assistant Charlotte!). Myself and my partner were first time buyers, with absolutely no idea what we were doing and I could not have done it without Jodie. She is so lovely & friendly, never kept us waiting, never over-complicated things, made us laugh when things felt overwhelming and I knew I could relax when I saw her name pop up in my inbox! I recommend her to anyone and everyone - she helped to make the purchase of our first home so special and she truly deserves a medal! Special thanks to her assistant, Charlotte, too - her organisational skills are incredible, meaning we had very little to deal with! If we were to move again, I wouldn’t use anyone else. What an outstanding pair!❤️

Jodie Leggett, ably assisted by Charlotte Flatt, has now helped both my daughters through the potentially stressful process of buying flats. Jodie is a truly exceptional lawyer. She was approachable, proactive and very prompt in responding. Jodie was excellent at spotting potential problems and steering a way round them. I will have no hesitation in recommending Jodie to any family or friends who want the best conveyancing lawyer.

Moving house is a stressful experience but Haywood Moon helped me navigate this very well. Easy to contact and responsive to questions and queries they made the whole process as simple and stress free as possible. Annabel and Maja deserve special mention

This is the second time our family have used Emma Fraser at HM in the last year. Once for a sale and now for a rental purchase. The service has been excellent. Prompt, succinct, professional, clear communications and efficient are words I’d use to describe the service. Thank you once again Emma.

Really pleased with the service from Hayward Moon. Our property sale and purchase was dealt with by Ellie and Tracey. Both were really proactive and were easy to contact when needed. They explained each step of the process clearly, which made the process very straightforward.
